Great quality teas. This is the only site I order green tea from and I love it

Nio teas has been my favourite place to purchase good quality teas for a while now, and still they never disappoint me. Their teas are excellent quality, however, I’d like to give more attention to customer service - Nio team has been very kind and helpful each time I had any sort of problem. Their customer service never disappoints, they are very attentive and quick in responding to any queries, hence why I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now.

I’ve already tried one of their matcha teas and was genuinely impressed – very high quality, smooth, and really enjoyable to drink.

What stood out the most to me, though, was the customer service. Agnese was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to give thoughtful recommendations. You can tell she really knows what she’s talking about. She recommended another matcha for me, which is currently on its way, and based on my experience so far, I fully trust her judgment.

It’s rare to come across such personal and attentive service. I’m really looking forward to my next delivery!

I absolutely love the matchas I've ordered from Nio before (ordered twice so far, and probably will order again). I use them mainly for usucha.
The only concern I have is that shipping isn't tracked, unless you specifically e-mail them about it after your purchase. Only then is the shipping time of 5-7 working days accurate.
Also note that the discounts they have aren't really discounts since they're there all year round.
Other than those two things, I really have nothing bad to say!

I love my tea subscription box. It's a bit pricey, but the quality of the teas I have received is absolutely worth it. I loved the kagoshima Murasaki fukamushi sencha i got in the first box, and the second box had the sou Sakamoto gyokuro tea I was literally hoping I would get, and it was absolutely delicious, a real treat. I also love my kyusu that came with the subscription. It's cute, functional, and I prefer the fine mesh filter to any other style of filter for a kyusu. I also had an issue with my address, and my package being delivered to the wrong unit, and Nio's customer service got back to me quickly, and adjusted my info to avoid the mistake happening again. Great product, great customer service. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a nice tea and doesn't mind spending a little extra for the quality.

Already have the matcha subscription with them for quite a while. They always reply to the emails, a bit delayed but reply. Products are good and diverse in the case of the matcha subscription.

My favorite vendor for Japanese organic loose leaf green teas. They are sourcing some of the best organic teas out of Japan and supporting family farmers and the growing organic tea industry as a whole.

I have ordered from every vendor for years and Nio consistently has the best prices and selection overall.

They provide top notch customer service and fast shipping as well.

I’ve been using Nio Teas for about a year now, and their teas have consistently been of outstanding quality. I enjoy them far more than the ones available in local stores here in northern Italy. I had to contact customer support once, and they were incredibly efficient and helpful. Overall, I’m completely satisfied and will definitely keep ordering from them.

The advent calendar was amazing, quality matcha and the client service was on top. I recommande !

Really great quality green teas and great customer service

I've placed multiple orders with Nio Teas. They offer a great variety of excellent teas and ship internationally. While I had a logistic issue with one of my orders - something I believe Nio Teas can't really be blamed for once the package is processed and shipped, with UPS in my case - Agnese from the Nio Teas Team was ultimately able to rectify the issue. I will not hesitate to place a new order in the near future.

Nio Teas have the best quality of matcha I've had. I’ve read countless reviews, and I decided to pull the trigger and purchase a few of their matcha powders. Now, I'm a loyal customer. I recently purchased more matcha because I ran out. My order mistakenly auto-populated my old address. I reached out to Nioteas via email, and they quickly resolved the issue. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their matcha, but more importantly, the exemplary customer service I have received from them. I am only purchasing matcha from Nio Teas from now on.
