I bought a pair of Focal 726v floor speakers off these guys and found that after about 6 weeks of running in that they did not sound very good in my home (I have wooden floors and the room is quite reflective) and I found the higher frequencies to be harsh and listening to them fatiguing. I decided to change them for some Dalis and when I called them to ask we could come to a deal, Roger did not hesitate to offer a full refund on the Focals, if I bought something else from them to replace. You cant get fairer than that, especially after 6 weeks. I ended up going to meet them at their offices for a listening session and where I also met Adam who is clearly an expert on hi-fi and will be my go to man for any future upgrades I am considering. The end result was that I bought some ex-display Tannoy 6.4's for £1500 (a bargain!) and I am one very happy customer. I highly recommend doing business with these guys, you are in good hands.

What a great bunch of guys, and what service to boot. I've NEVER written a review before, but as I sit hear listening to my Dali Ikon 2's, I feel compelled to do so. Nintronics made my difficult purchasing decision as simple as possible. If it had not been for their offer of a home demo/trial of the three speakers short listed, I'm pretty sure I would have (albeit unknowingly) bought an inferior set of loudspeakers.
The service levels received were outstanding.
I will definitely be using them as and when I need to upgrade other components of my hifi. Highly recommended.

Dealt with Adam who was extremely helpful and knowledgable on what system (rel sub, monitor audio shadows speakers ,denon amp) to get. I also ended up with a cracking deal and they kindly agreed to hold on to the gear for a few weeks until my house renovations had been completed.

I had received a gift of Amazon vouchers from my boss and wanted to spend them on something appropriate before relocating to France. As he is a music nut and my mini-system was basically geriatric I decided to buy a new one to take with me. I selected an Onkyo system and the supplier was Nintronics. Order was placed and they emailed to confirm that delivery would take place between 13th and 17th September to my office in Central London. The date passed and nothing arrived. On 20th September, my PA contacted Nintronics and explained that the delivery hadn't happened. Nintronics tracked the order and their shippers confirmed it had been delivered ... we assume the courier had gone to the wrong St James's which occasionally did happen as there are several in SW1. Dommage! What to do? Well I'll tell you what they did. They immediately shipped a replacement to my home in Oxfordshire which was delivered the following day (Saturday) prior to my departure from the UK on the Monday. Since they didn't have the system I had requested they actually sent me a better model and they must have gone to some extra expense to give next day delivery. The Onkyo system is fantastic, the price was really good and the service - well the service is faultess. I absolutely recommend them unhesitatingly. If you are in the market for audio equipment make sure your next purchase is from these guys ... sadly in France I can't but you can be sure all my friends and family will be using them.

I wanted to replace my ageing Pioneer set along with Tannoy M2 speakers. I used to listen to the music a lot, especially when was single :-). I am not an audiophile and do not have a huge knowledge. I would say the average interest in lots of subjects. After a long research my primary choice was Focal. I wanted to buy speakers before my summer holiday and thanks God I waited a bit. Nintronics offer is second to none.

I went for Focal 816 originally. However, the more you eat, the bigger appetite you have. After two days I called Adam and asked for a swap. A week later I brought 816 back and after listening first to 826 and then 836 I decided to go for 836. They sound really well, very well balanced. They look stunning and can't just understand why some "experts" call them "not best looking". I can't agree at all.
They are paired with Yamaha 675 amplifier and I don't regret at all.
Overall, I am really happy with my choice as well as the quality of the services, expertise provided by Nintronics.

Needed a cable for a new home entertainment system. Nintronics came up trumps. Best price with a choice of super fast delivery. Sales advisor Adam explained all about the cable with no attempt to push me to buy a dearer alternative. Cable arrived next day which made my husband very happy. We now get to watch Private Ryan for the fifth time but now with excellent surround sound. Thank you Nintronics!

Let me just start by saying In my 15 or so years buying online, I have never felt the need to commend a company publicly so this is big for me.

I came across Nintronics while searching for some Focal speakers and found they had an incredibly (read unbelievable) price for the exact ones I wanted. As you tend to be when finding something so much cheaper, I was skeptical and wanted to check out the company first.

I rang and spoke to Adam and hand on heart, never had such a good experience speaking to somebody via phone about purchasing something. He told me about them as a company, talked about how they have such good price, gave me recommendations and I ultimately ended up spending a little less than I was expecting to and got gear that was better suited to my needs.

I also rang the next day for a setup question regarding speaker setup and once again, flawed by Adam's helpfulness.

There was a time that this kind of service meant you paid a real premium for the products but Nintronics are the exceptions. I can't recommend them enough. These are now my go to guys for AV equipment by a country mile.

I happily received my third item from Nintronics today. Even though I live across Europe, I prefer to buy my audio equipment from them as they always offer high-quality articles, trustworthy advice, the best value for money and safe international delivery at reasonable prices.

What impresses me most is that, far from being pushy salesmen, Adam and Roger from Nintronics are truly devoted to sound, very knowledgeable and impeccably honest! They have never tried to coax me into buying something more expensive - to the contrary, they always inform of all the pros and cons of a given piece of equipment and always prove right!

I called to ask their advice on subwoofers and ended buying a cheaper better sub. I was never coaxed into buying a more expensive product. On top of that, Adam delivered it personally as I work relatively local to them. Great advice and great service.

I purchased the focal dome 5.1 package from Nintronics after having it demo'd to me, the service was really incredible and they were happy to answer any and all questions and gave me the best tips on setting up my Home audio system, I would be more than happy to shop here again. Well you will if you shop at Nintronics. I recently purchased a new Amp from them.Communication, advise and delivery was second to none. After a few days the Amp developed a fault, after getting in contact with them the problem was dealt with immediately.It was collected and a replacment sent in a very short space of time.The service I received was far better than any local shop I have used in the past, they gave me no indication that it was just my money they were after. In my opinion they really value people as a customer.If the need arises I will definately be dealing with them again and I urge anybody considering purchasing A/V equipment to do the same. A big thanks to Roger and Adam for a truely professional service, keep up the good work and I wish you success for the future.

I purchase a Denon 3313 and 1713 and being used to the luxury service (not price) of Bang and Olufsen I needed a little more support and guidance. This I got in abundance and they were very helpful and patient with me (well my ongoing list of questions)!

Their knowledge and handling of my demands were met fully and in my opinion they far exceeded my expectations. Oh the products are great too! BUT still the like the B&O one remote does all though...

The brothers deserve success, just keep in going in this direction guys, and you're guaranteed prosperity you deserve.

I bought the focal XS book from Nintronics. This is what I said in my review on Amazon- These speakers are simply astonishing for their price and size. The sound is clear, natural, detailed and tonally accurate. They can be played fairly loud without the sound hardening and also provide a vivid soundstage. I am an audiophile (with a reasonably high-end system) and when I play classical music flac files through the Arcam rPAc the sound is of audiophile quality without much compromise. I would recommend more specialized cables (for example, Van den Hul) though for audiophiles. The speakers look elegant and stylish too.The service of Nintronics is truly excellent. The speakers arrived the next day and the people I spoke to at Nintronics were both passionate and knowledgeable about audio. Focal the manufacturer and the company that sells them Nintronics deserve to be congratulated.
I strongly recommend Nintronics as a company to deal with and to purchase from.

Rang them up to order some speakers & they had in depth knowledge of the equipment they sell, which is always a plus.
They were friendly & the delivery was free & turned up the next day...you can't really ask for more than that.

I rung them to buy a new avr system with a 5.1 speaker package. I was blown out of the water with the level of customer service that i received. I am a pain when it comes to wanting to know about tech etc. ( i dont like reading ) they must have spent at least an hour with me over 4 phone calls satisfying my request for knowledge. Roger, sold me an avr receiver and matched a price, and also sold the last of one of his focal systems at a very impressive price. When i received the goods the NEXT DAY !!!! set up was a little slow due to the new AVR tech. Adam helped my through the setup and I am over the moon.

I said that I wouldnt upgrade my system for the next 10 years but i think that will change now due the brilliant service that I received.

I rang Nintronics, enquiring about a new piece of technology. Unfortunately it was not something they sold, but their experience and knowledge was clear and I was adviced on all the important features I need to look for and was able to find a perfect product that met all my requirments. It is rare to find knowledgable sales people these days so I will definitely use them in future.

Bought one of the package deals off their website and was delivered the next day. Had a little difficulty setting up the system so gave them a ring and spoke to Dan. He guided me through setting the sytem up and was very helpful. Would shop with them again.
