Worldbilling which is a subsidiary of…

Worldbilling which is a subsidiary of NinjaTV.org offers very poor service and feisty tech support, so keep away from them. They took my monies for one month's service which broke down after 24 hours and refused to refund me even after I cancelled the service which they accepted, giving me flak that I should KNOW that the service isn't 100% but even so should I accept 0% service for the rest of the period ? I don't think so but I'll refer them to Paypal in the meantime.
