So bad its like comedy. I bought different stuff in 2018 they said thousand things why not now and when i get it then the side was even down for me so i couldnt complain with paypal so i never got my money back.....it gets better.....Now summer 2021 they write me again emails and ask me for reviews for everything i ordered in 2018 as if i got it a few weeks ago 🤣🤣

I have spent over $100 a YEAR ago on items I never received nor had a confirmation. I emailed the customer service email and they kept delaying, allegedly having ‘Shipping issues’ and ‘Backups’ because it was close to the Christmas season. That was LAST YEAR. It’s currently near 2020 and I still have not received anything similar to a refund, which I have requested several times.

If I do not see anything relating to my refund, the proper authorities WILL BE CONTACTED.

I should have read the reviews of this place before I placed any orders. This place is ridiculous.

If I could give a 0 star I would : same problem as everyone else, I've ordered a choker, now 3 weeks ago, and still haven't received anything. 25$ wasted, it's a real no for me. Scammers is what they are, i'll call them to get a refund.

Pretty much had the same experience as everybody else. Ordered a Sith Hoodie L in July 2018, and after waiting 2 months it still hadn't arrived. Contacted them about it and they gave the same excuse as everyone else, stating there were delays due to an influx of parcels etc. Eventually life got busy, I got fed up with waiting and forgot about it until today, thought I would try to contact them again after a year and a half. Website is down and so is their email. Typical, If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgraceful.

Ordered just before Halloween last year still haven't gotten anything from them. Also their email seems to be shut down and I can't get a hold of them. Their website/Facebook/emails don't exist anymore. Freaking sucks.F*** these guys.

It took forever and multiple contacts to get orders processed, some from a foreign country which couldn't be tracked for delivery. This started in the Summer of 2018. There was some cooperation on getting the orders all delivered but when one jacket had a defective zipper and sent proof that they needed to send a refund, I got excuses like "Our Website is Down right now". It is now August of 2019 and no refund. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I cannot recommend them.

Yeahhh ordered a pair of joggers and a poncho in january. Its now june and surprise surprise...no shipment. Cant even talk to them on facebook messenger anymore for some reason. Stay away.

Lost $60 on a pair of joggers I never received despite multiple conversations with their support over Facebook messenger and email.

Stay the hell away. This company used to be good, but they seem to have gone rogue. Ordered two hoodies over two months ago, expressed concern to their facebook page after a month and they explained saying there's a delay in the package terminal sending packages, but they guarantee everything will be delivered within two months. Now it's been more than two months, I've tried to get a hold of them but I get automatic replies saying they're out on "adventure" and redirect you to their website for urgent matters - but their website has been taken offline. They're also deleting comments on their facebook page about this when people are asking for similar cases.

I ordered a jacket at the Sale in November 2018.
I was told that everything will take about 2 weeks.
After 2 months I asked what would take so long and I was told that it was a delay in shipping.
Now 4 months have passed and still no information that my order got shipped.
Also, their Website is down for over 2 weeks now and the support on Facebook says they can't fix my problem as long as the site isn't reachable.
I contacted PayPal and made a request to get my money back.

Stay away - been over a month - no sweatshirt. Tried resolving with their teams, they don't email me back anymore and now their site is offline. I tried to approach them politely and they let me know their system were offline, two weeks later I sent escalating emails every couple days.

Today was the last straw - time to write a review and warn others. Bummer too - the sweatshirt looked dope :-/

Listen to other bad reviews - my $50 is gone for good most likely.

My mom ordered a coat for me on December 7th. They said shipping might be delayed. It's been 3 months now and nothing. Now the website doesn't even exist for us to try and get a refund (though from the looks of other reviews, it wouldn't do us any good).

The reason I gave 1 star,because I can’t give anything less. I ordered in Nov I’ve been told in 3 separate emails my order was shipped. After 4 months it still has not arrived. I was even told I couldn’t have a tracking number,because.......” Of the Chinese New Yeat” What does that even mean??

Swindling, twisting-the-facts-company. Absolutely ridiculous. They'll say they refund you for a product that never arrives, they'll send you a jacket in the wrong size and claim it fits. If you want to return it, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs yourself, even when they're the ones at fault. 50+ emails later and it's gone from bad to worse, worse, worse. This is all just in a nutshell but they are scam artists under the hood of a company. Don't do it!

Fake Reviews!
The positive (5-star) reviews are written by the employees of the company - yes, the "awesome ninjas" boasted about on the company profile! Anybody else find that both dodge and unethical?

I have recieved my items once before but most recently I ordered a number of items and was led on a wild goose chase trying to figure out when my order was atleast being processed, they told me it was back logged because of Christmas and they would send an email when it was ready, after a month there was still nothing and I emailed them again and they told me sorry we seem to have made a mistake and said they would look into the problem, after more continued hunting and asking for my order they have now stopped contacting me and have stolen my money.

I ordered shoes in the summer of 2018. In good faith, I ordered a second pair a couple of weeks later because there was a mind-blowing sale. Two months later, I hadn't even received the first order. I emailed them and asked for a refund and they said that it would take them a few weeks. I gave them a month or so. It's now Jan 26, 2019 and I have not heard from them at all and they're not responding to my email. It's such ashame because the products that they advertise look amazing. Too bad they don't actually deliver.

Ordered on the 13th of October. After reading the reviews on this site, I freaked out and contacted them the next day requesting that they cancel my order. They stated they couldn't because my item was with the courier.

They then said that there were MASSIVE delays with shipping and apologised.

I emailed them every couple weeks asking for an update and they said they will let me know when they send the item and provide tracking.

20th of december and I asked again for a refund since the item is still not shipped. They said their factory was unable to keep up with demand, meaning that my item was NOT stuck with the courier like they said?! So I AGAIN asked for a refund. They said it's only been 49 working days, not including public holidays, so they didn't have to provide a refund yet.

They then emailed me the same day saying my item would be shipped in 2-3 days.

Cut to today, and they STILL won't provide tracking or conformation that the item is sent, OR a refund as we ended up disputing the payment with the bank, so they have put the whole thing on hold......

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
