I signed up just to test the platform because the free trial sounded risk-free, but my experience turned into a complete headache. The pricing and billing system felt very unclear from the beginning.... See more

Very responsive customer service

My son signed up for this service inadvertantly as he did not understand what he was buying. He used his mother's debit card unauthorized and I contacted NinjaOutreach immediately. Within one day they were back in touch with me, even though the person calling me was overseas. It was so easy to cancel the service and they issued me a refund immediately. The customer service was so pleasant and cooperative to deal with.

I use it for amplification projects

I use it for Amplification projects for multiple startups.

Whenever I produce a great piece of content, I make sure to amplify it across all channels and one is email.

I've used it over buzzstream now for a few years now. The extension allows you scrape data about the website, I build my list up, then create campaigns and send them out. Huge time saver.

Great Influencer outerach platform

I've been looking for a good all in one link building tool for a long time. I've tried Buzzstream and Pitchbox, but none of those make me as excited as I am with Ninja Outreach. They do a fantastic job connecting influencer research with outreach which is an area that those other platforms sorely lack.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! RUN IMMEDIATELY!

I trialed the platform last year and contacted them before the trial’s end to cancel my subscription. They still charged my credit card $1188, and I saw the charge this past month when they went to charge the card again for a service I never used.

I contacted NinjaOutreach - they confirmed I had cancelled the subscription during the trial, and said, “I know it’s easy to assume the worst thing, but looks like there was a billing error.” Interesting they thought I would assume the worst - is it because they did it on purpose?

They proceeded to say they could refund me, but only if I first submitted 5 star reviews BEFORE refunding, the illegal action of a BRIBE. I wonder - are any of these good reviews real?? Look at how many “billing errors” happened to others!

Then they changed their mind and said they couldn’t refund me on something they confirmed was THEIR error because I didn’t contact them “during the billing period,” creating an arbitrary statute of limitations on a transaction I never authorized. Never have I seen a company do this before. They are operating under major unethical business practices - billing people “accidentally,” attempting to bribe for refunds, stealing people’s money.

If you’re looking for a service like this, there are plenty of competitors that aren’t acting fraudulently.

I’m so disgusted - I’m not only reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, I’m going to make it my goal to save folks like me from scam artists like NinjaOutreach. Save yourself and STAY AWAY.

BUYER BEWARE

Update: I finally received my refund after three months, and only after I posted an article on LinkedIn about my terrible experience.

I signed up for a free 7-day trial which required putting in my card details. The following day I was looking for their prices page which I couldn't find immediately so I clicked on the UPGRADE button thinking it would take me to the pricing packages page. Instead, it debited my account for a full year's subscription of $1428. I immediately contacted them over chat. There is no phone number or email listed on their website so the chat function was my only option. I had been speaking to Kit (kit at ninjaoutreach.com) over chat since starting the free trial so she knew who I was and that I was on the free trial. I immediately told her that I had made a mistake in clicking upgrade and requested my money be refunded. She refused.

Kit: "Yes, I have checked your account and I see that after you ended your trial you were automatically charged the price of the Annual Plan ($1428).

Now, the key thing here to note is the word AUTOMATICALLY. There was no alert or pop up or any page or anything alerting me to the fact that if I clicked on UPGRADE that I would be charged.

I asked to speak to the CEO Jean-Pierre Khoueiri (jp at ninjaoutreach.com), and after hours of trying, he called me. I explained the situation that I had made a mistake and it was clear that I had contacted the company within minutes of the mistake. He said he would ask Kit to review the situation again but that he didn't make the final decision when it came to refunds. He leaves that entirely in Kit's hand.

They offered me a 25% discount which I refused.

I fail to understand their reasoning about why they won't give me a refund. Their reason is that I made a mistake and that it is entirely my fault. I should have looked at their Terms and Conditions that say that they don't give refunds.

BEWARE: They do not make it clear anywhere on their website that you'll be charged automatically.

I would steer clear of this company at all costs. Their attitude is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Why would I now accept their offer after how they have treated me? I responded to them to say that I reject their offer and since then there has been radio silence.

There are lots of reviews on G2.com about just how underhand and sneaky Ninja Outreach is with regards to the free trial and all things related to payments. Kristy W's review in G2.com in October 2019 details a very similar situation to mine.

The company maintains they make it very clear that the user will be charged but this is simply not so. If so many people are having the same issues, how can it be clear?

The lack of transparency in the company is a definite red flag. There is no Google My Business listing. There is no phone number and there is no email listed on the website. I had to go to the very bottom of the T&Cs page to find their contact details.

I fail to understand why they hold people hostage. Their predatory tactics are abhorrent.

I will do everything in my power to get my money back.

Don't fall foul to this company.

Lack support and uselless and lots of bugs to fix

I’m not having the best first impression with NinjaOutreach.
Search tool has a few bugs. For example, sometimes I search for something and seems didn’t find anything, than I change filters and change back... now it works.
Another thing really bothered me is that I asked for support chat before I buy because I was intend to use in portuguese (Brazil). They said to me that was not their main language but I could use filters.
Ok, I tried that, but look the situation:
It simply didn’t find anything sometimes. Others just find like 1-5 top websites in my country and it is really not helpful at all.
I also tried to use terms with inurl:.br but it’s not working, still showing any extension and several websites not related to the term I’m searching.
When I try to search for influencers i also feel disappointed.
For Twitter, simply finds almost nothing.
For Instagram was the best searching experience in the platform, it shows a lot nice information like engagement, likes per photo and video.
Unfortunately, NinjaOutreach is not able to capture Instagram emails, so all search is a bit useless unless you want to go account by account to click on email, edit and update every contact one by one.
Find emails seems most useless search tool, didn’t find any email for a lot websites and for others just find a few. When I enter in those website I could easily find much more emails just looking a couple pages.
Best feature seems to be google chrome extension.
It,s a really cool and easy tool to check some metrics, contact using templates or add to a list.
I’ve been using for just a couple days, and now watching every video and reading every post they have.
But honestly, I probably would ask for refund if it was possible, but they are refusing to do this.
Just to finish, I added two emails in my account and wish to add another one, but when I try there was a error and support say that was another bug and I was not supposed to included not even the second email, I really don’t know where was this information before, but ok.
