Poor customer service
I ordered the Ninja Creamy NC300EU and I confirm it’s a great machine! A bit noisy maybe but it truly delivers what it promises. Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars because of the poor customer service. I’ve contacted them twice after I placed my order and their reply to my questions were either vague or they came when it was too late. What a pity.

Perfection not belongs to this world of humans!
Seller didn’t wrote the add correctly,( incomplete , no home number, no phone number on box) delivery company couldn’t delivered to home. That hold me back the fifth star.
Machine fan is little noisy thought, could be more silent.
