Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I have put my old address by mistake and I was in touch with the customer service by chat and they were super cooperative. Love the brand !

Game changer for my daily dessert

So far i am super happy with it, I haven't tried out all the settings yet but what I have tried has impressed me! Only big downside is that I'll have to get a bigger freezer for all my pints 🤭 My go to is protein powder, skyr yogurt, some maple syrup and milk and its low calorie and really tasty!

OBSESSED with this thing!

OBSESSED with this thing!! The Ninja Slushi Max is seriously a game changer. Slushies, frozen lemonade, frozen cocktails — everything comes out perfect and smooth. The 150 oz capacity is huge and it’s so easy to use. If you love frozen drinks, you NEED this!

Continuous dissatisfaction

I have always considered Ninja a premium brand, which is why my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

Within just a few days, I had to return two different items in a row, both due to visible damage and quality issues right out of the box. The most recent unit even arrived with a clear dent next to the control panel, which is completely unacceptable for a new product—especially at this price point.

What makes this more frustrating is that the second purchase was meant to resolve a previous malfunction of my original device. Instead of a smooth resolution, the situation has turned into repeated returns, delays, and uncertainty.

I genuinely like Ninja products and own several of them, but this experience has seriously affected my confidence in their quality control and handling of replacement orders. For a brand positioned as premium, this level of inconsistency is not acceptable.

I hope Ninja takes this feedback seriously and improves quality checks before shipping, especially for replacement or base-unit orders.
