Great service. Part arrived in two days.

I have never ordered something on a Sunday and have it arrive on a Monday morning! This delivery speed blew my mind, especially as it wasn’t an extra cost. Even better as my old vacuum cleaner was next to dead and we have a crawling baby so trying to keep on top of cleaning is even more essential. Love the product, I was tempted by the self emptying vacuum cleaner but decided against it is for the extra cost it would have taken up more space anyway. The vacuum arrived essentially ready to go and I was able to clean downstairs on the power it arrived with before having to charge it. Safe to say I am blown away by the cleaning ability. I love that it has the ability to bend to easily get under sofas and cupboards but also makes it super easy to store without needing to put in additional mounts etc. We have had a Dyson for about 8 years and I am fully converted.
My one suggestion would be to have a model comparison on the website. Found it hard to work out which was the right model for us without having to go from tab to tab to see what extras we would be getting for our money.

I was very pleased with the ordering process from start to finish. It was easy to find the Ninja Crispi that my daughter wanted. I placed the order around 8.30pm on Sunday evening, and my daughter received the Ninja the next morning. There was no charge for delivery, the item was well packaged.

On Saturday, the probe on our air fryer stopped working, so we reported the issue online. After completing the requested details, we received a couple of emails from Ninja asking for a little more information. From there, everything was handled quickly and without any hassle.

They organised a replacement and arranged for the faulty item to be returned. Amazingly, the replacement arrived the very next day — on a Sunday!

The whole process was straightforward, efficient and completely stress-free. Fabulous service from start to finish. Very impressed with Ninja!

We contacted Shark Ninja as our older 7.5 litre model’s fan had broken down. Initially we asked for a replacement but they had no stock. After thinking about, we decided to ask for the 6 litre 11 in 1 model. We emailed them around noon on the Sunday and their response was almost instantaneous. In fact we received the replacement by 10:30 the next morning - less than 12 hours after emailing the request.
This was fantastic customer service. Things break down but it is the reaction by customer services that counts.
We highly recommend them and want to say thanks for the excellent response.

Excellent service and delivery this is tge third I’ve bought as I gave my other to my son then got another for upstairs it’s amazing tge best vacuum I’ve ever had. My mom bought one after I took it round and vacuumed, I’m disabled and find it so lightweight to use.

Parcel force did not deliver the parcel and claimed it was delivered. I have doorbell proof, driver came to the door and put it back into his van. Parcel force are awful, just to save a few pounds on delivery you lost a life long customer.

After a bit of searching on web site I located the deep pan and the item was delivered within 5 days with many email updates.

Normally I cannot find any reason to complain. Dpd are efficient, straight to the point and put things at my local pickup point when I’m not home. More recently there’s a big issue with PARCEL FORCE TWICE NOW. TERRIBLE company, ignored my delivery requests and dumped my parcel in next doors bin. Which was disgusting by the way.
