First time I’ve ordered a replacement part for my shark hoover and it was super easy. Typed in the code it brought up everything for mine and I bought it late Sunday night. It arrived on Monday afternoon. I was totally astounded. Super fast delivery and would highly recommend.

I honestly cannot get in touch with anyone to explain that it didn't arrive!!! There's a picture that says it did but nothing was there. I was in.all day as was my son so why didn't the delivery person knock on my door ? They said it was left in.a safe place but that was on the front doorstep which I do not see as safe.

Efficient service. Price of my product dropped within 24hours and when i put a query in about it i received a prompt response by email within an hour informing me they had refunded me the difference! Very impressed with this and the product. Would highly recommend buying from this company!

Really good fast response by shark, they missed out a promotion on my order. They did not hesitate to send it straight away.

That aside the product strike spot cleaner, tested and used today. It got rid of stains that a professional carpet cleaner could not remove. The pet attachments are a must for anyone with long haired animals.

We also have a cordless Hoover and it’s been 10/10 since we have got it.

After my initial problem with the item not turning up although royal mail said it was delivered. I contacted shark ninja and my concern was dealt with without any fuss. Totally professional. The item was dispatched again and received the following day. Excellent service after the initial debacle. This hair styler with accessories is for my Granddaughter for Christmas

I am writing this out of absolute disbelief at the staggering level of incompetence displayed by SharkUK’s website, warehouse, and contracted courier network. What should have been a straightforward premium purchase (Order #04401889???) turned into a multi-day administrative nightmare. 

First, Shark’s website falsely reported my credit card as declined and hid the transaction from my order history. Assuming the payment failed, I had to place a duplicate order using my debit card. Less than an hour later, both orders suddenly materialized in my profile. I had to waste hours of my personal time on the phone chasing their helpline to halt the duplicate transaction before hundreds of pounds were wrongfully cleared from my account. 

When the single remaining vacuum cleaner finally arrived on Wednesday, it was an absolute joke. The product box was delivered completely unsealed with zero factory tape or security wrap whatsoever. It was wide open. Unsurprisingly, multiple high-value, essential components—including the motorized pet tool and the odour puck—were entirely missing from the box. I have recorded clear video evidence of this unsealed delivery condition. 

When I called customer service to resolve this, I was informed the unit was now out of stock. Because of Shark’s rigid, outdated backend system, the agent couldn’t simply mail the missing spare parts out from a warehouse; they were forced to trigger a full return and cancellation, penalizing me for their warehouse negligence. 

To top it all off, I had to take a full day of annual leave from work specifically to wait at home for their contracted DPD courier to collect the defective, wide-open box. Shark's severe operational failures have caused me duplicate banking holds, missing parts, a lost day of work, and weeks of unneeded stress. I have escalated this matter directly to the office of the Managing Director, Thiago Gaiao. Avoid buying direct from this company—their logistics framework is completely broken.
