Amazing warranty service yet again!

The problem has not yet been resolved but I have every confidence that it will be soon not very confident in the product as this is the second one in two years the first had the same problem and was exchanged by your selves hope it is resolved this time

Easy shopping

We like Shark Ninja products & find them good value for money. We needed a new toaster and decided to buy one that toasted bagels and panini's too. So far, we are really pleased. It does take up a fair bit of space but with a bit of juggling it fits in ok.

I got through easily. The customer service agent was very helpful & even sent me pictures of the items I was ordering to ensure they were exactly what I wanted. The product information leaflet was excellent including pictures to back up the written info

I buy ninja stuff regularly the process is easy and quick . My only complaint is I thought I was upgrading air fryer which j haven’t 🤦🏻‍♀️

The Shark WandVac Deluxe Pet Pro Cordless Handheld Vacuum – Light Terracotta is amazing. It's powerful in pulling up hairs, bits of paper, detritus of every kind and is very elegant to look at especially in the terracotta colour I picked that I am very satisfied. I love the light system showing the charging up of the vac. Very clear and easy to see what stage the charging is up to, one third, two thirds, nearly complete. Very good. The handles on the side that release the attachments. So practical and elegant. The whole thing is a work of art and should be in a art gallery for people to admire. Love it.

I’m still waiting delivery

I don’t understand how this company for vacuums have such high satisfied customers, I put my trust in the reviews and buying a cordless pet friendly vacuum that’s supposed to be quiet sounds like a helicopter and the suction is terrible. They’ve sent me 2 different replacements for the vacuum already and now they’re sending me a full on replacement because after video calls with the company they’ve said it’s still not right. For a big company you wouldn’t expect all of this hassle and problems. I want to make a purchase and be satisfied with my product not feel robbed and let down massively. So if you’re deciding out of two brands like I was go with the other. I wish I went with my first choice ‘Dyson’ but I was bribed by friends and reviews for this choice. Wouldn’t be a returning customer that’s for sure.
