Verification process is poor
Had a good win that I could not withdraw due to verification not being done. They keep asking me for pictures of a card I didn’t use to deposit money into the account and I’ve uploaded bank statements and screenshots of the deposit but they still won’t verify my account.
Ninewin have responded to my review. However the point is being missed and has been missed on communication that I’ve had with them. I should not have to upload a card photo as the deposit I made was by transfer from my bank account and I’ve given them statements and the shot of the entry in the account. If the verification was so important it should be undertaken at the outset not used as a delay tactic to pay out winnings.
