It’s okayish

The shipment arrived and it did not taste fresh. Maybe it’s the taste of the product but it had great reviews. You still have to pay the import charges.

Helpful customer service

Customer service was very helpful when my package got delayed and they helped me figure out what the issue was, namely that it got stuck waiting for tolls. Then they offered to reimburse me for the cost of the tolls, which was nice. Have not had time to actually try the product yet to be honest, but it seems good.

These guys are proper skammers

These guys are proper skammers, after 47 emails and still nothing delivered, they wrote that they had now returned the funds to my account 2 WEEKS AGO!!! nothing received. DO NOT ORDER FROM NINELIFE!

Fantastic service - the company compensated for additional costs related to the customs and VAT which were not covered by the shipping cost!

I made an order P644190652 for…

I made an order P644190652 for suppliments beginning of May for about 5000sek, first order was lost somewhere and then returned back to company. Then they resend me it again and finally I got it only in August.

But bad thing is that it arrived partially, 60% of order (about 3000sek) was not in a package. Support is silent for couple of days. Miserable company, never use it again...
