I was disappointed with my experience. Despite paying for delivery, I had to collect the item myself. Additionally, I was charged extra VAT upon receiving the package—charges that were not clearly mentioned on the website at the time of purchase. Clearer communication and transparency regarding delivery terms and fees would be appreciated
