I was told I could not cancel the order…

My order was so slow but I was told I could not cancel it. It took 23 days to arrive to my address in Australia which is incredibly slow. Upon further research the price was very high. I was offered a 10% discount even when chased it has not been received. Will not be using them again. Their name is NineLife Australia but they ship from the US and the Australian contact number provided had no one available during Australian business hours. Are they present in Australia? Even the recording had an American accent. Is this legal to imply they are Australian based presumably so people here think shipments will be faster.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. Apparently I have to send in paperwork to Biosecurity to get my order. If that doesn't satisfy customs, I will have to pay for someone to inspect the product personally! I mean really, someone comes out to inspect 150g of cloudberries sent from a supposedly legitimate company. Oh yes I'll hand you scammers over some more money, along with my personal details. Disgusting people.

Giving 1 star bc 0 isn’t an option

Giving 1 star bc 0 isn’t an option. Ordered at start of November, as said was in stock, messaged start of December as heard nothing, no reply. Emailed again, got told was out of stock. Mean you it still said in stock on website (and continued too do so up until now, while the whole time was told out of stock privately) anyways, was meant for Xmas present, but nope nothing. Dragged our dragged our, finally got an answer January they were going too send it. Okay so missed the present for Xmas, lucky my sister has a birthday in Feb that I can give it for. Oh never mind, still not here. Was sent a false tracking number that simply stayed in the same spot and only was supplied to me once legal action was threatened. Would never but again from them and removed the same, nothing but head aches and now a few hundred out of pocket and my sister yet too receive present as $200+ is a lot of money. Oh and the item still isn’t here nor looking like it will be.

0 rating.purchased an item that is sold as leak proof. Arrived in December was leaking January. Was informed no replacement policy after 30 days. So everybody 30 day warranty is it. All you get . Therefore I spent $137 on a leak proof item that didn't leak for less than 8 weeks. No responsibility taken and they don't give a dam. So just reiterating 30 days folks. And believe me I doubt very much if they would even honour that. Stay away. Discusting shameful company. Obviously 30 days is all they dare give for their faulty goods. This is why they don't accept PayPal because PayPal would get your money back! Run. Run fast and never look back!

Unfortunately by the time my order was…

Unfortunately by the time my order was being processed, the product was “ out of stock” & I was duly advised and offered alternatives for original purchase value, I opted for a refund, and in the meantime the product became available again & I decided to proceed with original product purchase . The company was transparent in all this process and I do not attach any blame for the unfortunate circumstances in this case ! The tracking was accurate until it went to the courier FedEx ( IRL) and that was
“ a race to see if the courier or Santa Claus was going to deliver my goods’
As it was just before Xmas when delivered !
I am very satisfied with the product however!
