Found it very long to wait for the order to come, and it was very expensive (I am a retired senior on a low income), Hoping this will help with the concerning sinus issues I've had (mucous and phlegm chocking me when I lay down in bed), It only goes away when I am asleep.

Wonderful customer service! They dealt with my shipping issues immediately and used another shipping company. When my parcel went missing, immediately they sent my order again at no cost. Not many companies would deal with this matter immediately like they did. They listened to my issues and rectified the situation by investigating and because of it I'm a happy customer!

Product is as described. Easy to order. Arrived ahead of scheduled.

NineLife were very prompt responding to my order request, and when the delivery of my product was delayed, they looked into it immediately and were able to give me an accurate, revised delivery date. I have found them to be polite, responsive and helpful, and I would use them again.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with NineLife.ca, and I feel obligated to warn others.

This company is, in my opinion, most likely operating like a scam. I received a product that was clearly substandard and shockingly, it doesn’t even appear to be authorized for sale in Canada. That alone is a massive red flag.

When I tried to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a proper refund. No accountability, no proper customer service, just complete disregard for basic consumer rights. It’s beyond frustrating and frankly unacceptable.

Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate. The lack of transparency, the questionable products, and the refusal to make things right all point to something seriously wrong.

Avoid NineLife.ca at all costs. Do not get trapped like I did.

This is a fraudulent website. I ordered 24 cans of sardines for a total of $149.31 CAD. One month later, I received only two cans. I have been patient and contacted the company three or four times.

Their responses have been vague and do not answer my questions. They even offered me a 25% discount on a future purchase, which is completely absurd given the situation.

Furthermore, the contact page on their website has been removed, and when I call the phone number provided, an automated system answers and then disconnects the call.

I am therefore requesting a full refund. I have been ordering products online for over 20 years, and I have never experienced anything like this.

I have alerted and reported this fraud and cybercrime online and they will helps the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the National Cybercrime Coordination Centre (NC3), and the Canadian Anti‑Fraud Centre (CAFC) learn more about the nature of these incidents.

Do not buy from them!

Very difficult to find Lawry's Seasoned Pepper in Canada, but I found this. I remember this being available in Canada when I was young but for some reason, it isn't available at grocery stores today.
