The worst service I've ever…

The worst service I've ever experienced! The quality of the MagSafe for my Porsche is already peeling after over a year, and it no longer stays in the opening. In the email, I'm treated like an idiot and repeatedly asked for the instructions. I'm supposed to send it from Switzerland to the USA, which is far too expensive. I don't recommend this company to any customers. The products are overpriced, and the quality and service are very poor!

Probably the worst customer service

Probably the worst customer service I ever have been experienced. I purchased an Ipad mini case for a premium price, so I guess it is normal to expect premium quality. The including sunhood had a damage and the company didn’t accept a replacement or even a price reduction. And they end the conversation because I mentioned that this will effect the review of the product… very unprofessional.
