Alarm bells started ringing when the product I received was not as their advertisement When I asked them about this they had all the con merchant answers Yes wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered What an awful company How are they still trading with such a low rating Never seen one so bad They will continue ripping people off Disgraceful

Well I'm glad I read all the reviews about this company, which like the majority of Chinese based companies are scammers. We've got enough English scammers as it is, without having scammers from abroad as well, thank you. Trouble is, being in China, they know there's nothing you can do, since they aren't covered by our consumer laws. I wasn't going to order Trimpatch or whatever there called, because I wouldn't fall for that guff. However, they were advertising incontinence pants, which I saw on my tablet, and suffering from incontinence, I thought they might just be the answer to my woes. But being of a suspicious nature, finding it hard to trust anyone, I thought I'd check Trust pilot and thank goodness I did. I should have realised straight away that they were scammers, from the wording in their advert. Saying there were limited supplies, etc. Classic scammer tactics. So thank you, Trust pilot and all who left a review, for saving me from losing money. And just a thought, the name Nina Pederson, hardly Chinese sounding, is it. They obviously don't want people to realise their from China, until it's too late, otherwise you might think twice about ordering.

Absolutely disgusted with this company.i wish someone could sink them. They are dreadful. Customer service is non existence and stole £50 from me. I just hope one person checks reviews before they buy anything from them. Don't use this company dishonest and thieves in my opinion

I am extremely disappointed by this companies reaction to my complaint of receiving items that are badly sized and poor quality.
It is about time someone stopped their practices we are being swindled out of our hard earned money.
I will never use this company again and will shout from the roof tops to warn others not to use it either

Firstly I would give a '0' if I could. Don't use this company, customer service is dreadful, I brought some underwear, their size chart was slightly different to the usual size charts I'm used to, their 2xl came in smaller so to be safe I ordered 3xl, when they arrived I took one pair out of the wrapper, but I could see straight away they were far too big so put it straight back in the wrapper, I didn't even need to open up or try them. I emailed the company to arrange for a return so I could order a smaller size. I got a reply stating I could not send them back, nor could I get a refund, so now I'm stuck with brand new underwear that I cannot wear and out of pocket for the money I paid. What a rip off. Be warned if you buy anything from this company!!

I have ordered and paid for underwear from this company, both of which never arrived although money was taken both times from my bank account. Lesson learned! Old saying " if something sounds too good to be true it probably is" sums this company up.

I ordered the car scratch eraser, it was advertised as a spray and came as a bottle of cream polish, didn’t really do anything. I messaged customer service to complain about the description and just got there standard reply. Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone . Terrible advertising. And not much good on the customer service front.

I tried the slimming patches after seeing all the adverts online and positive testimonies. I bought 2 packs and used them all. Nothing happened. I was very sceptical when I saw them as they looked nothing like those advertised. These were like a bit of white J-cloth material with very strong adhesive. Firstly they were ridiculously impossible to peel the backing off and then they peeled a layer of skin off when you removed them! Maybe that's how you were meant ho lose the weight, by ripping it off with the patch! Absolute waste of money at a time when money is tight.. This company should be done for fraud.

If l could rate it 0 star, l would! Absolute rubbish! Nil weight lost and the only thing lost was the cost of the item. What l did get was plaster burns which are taking ages to disappear! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Even more angry with this company. They promised a 20% refund said it would take 14 working days to show in my account that was last month and still no joy

Absolutely useless, these patches, are about as effective as applying a band aid, there is absolutely nothing on them, no smell, no substance, nothing.
Save your money , this is a con.
I've been using for a month and no difference at all to abdomen

Very disappointed,ordered 3 bottles of scratch cream,which was supposed to cover minor scratches,made no difference at all.Did not know till after ordering that product comes from china..

Don't order from these I ordered in my .
Delivery has said they trento deliver 3 times and have sent it back to provider.
Not true only reci ed an email o the day they said couldn't deliver I was in.
Now having a a nightmare trying g to get refu.d .
Provided copy of email to pro e they have sent it back.
Still no mo eu.
DO NOT ORDER AT ALL VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Do not buy from this company. The videos shown very misleading. Apparently it doesn't work for everyone. Really, I will not be buying from these again, total waste of money.

Just as well throw you hard earned money straight down the loo. Usual chinese scam that you'll bin on eventual arrival. China, we've got plenty of our own pound shops, we don't need your old c**p too

Absolute scam , it's just a white plaster cut into rectangles and put in plastic bags. Complete waste of my money

Like most other comments I feel completely duped and would have given an *ZERO* score if I could. I haven’t even received my product yet. Have been waiting 2 weeks for YODEL to deliver and it just says “we’ve got it” in their website.

Contacted Nina Peterson for a refund but have been told this morning, that as my product is in transit, no refund can be given and I should continue to contact YODEL to get the issue resolved. That doesn’t feel like my rights are being protected under the Consumer Act.

Wish I’d read the reviews before parting with £60 of my hard earned money and feel truly *SCAMMED*

There must be something we can do as Consumers against such a despicable Organisation who are preying on vulnerable people.

Product not what I was expecting. Nothing but a piece of gauze with a smell to it. Doesn't help with cravings total waste of money.

Agree with everyone and I wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing. Complete scam, false advertising - you don't get what they sell and they won't give me my money back.

Absolute scam - agree with fellow customers - you recieve the sticky pad with no product on it. Nina Pedersen is a criminal and should be prosecuted for fraud.
