Excellent service from this local company from visiting their showroom and ordering my bed to delivery. Recomended.

Recently purchased a mattress from the Cupar store. Des was very friendly and helpful - not pushy like some stores can be (which is why I avoid them!)
Mattress arrived in under 4wks. Communication was spot on and delivery was swift. Overall a 10/10.

My wife ordered a garden furniture set over the phone. The person she delt with was very pleasant and helpful.
Delivery was arranged for a Monday and arrived as expected. Well packaged. The two guys who made the delivery were polite and friendly.
From placing the order to it being delivered we were kept upto date via email.

The whole team at Nimbus were a pleasure to deal with. That coupled with the great price makes it easy for me to recommend them without hesitation.

Great experience- Jason was very knowledgeable about which mattress would suit and very patient whilst I tried each of them out!
Seems good value for money so far!

After meeting George and his team at the ideal home show in Glasgow , we ordered a whole wall headboard which has now been fitted we are very happy with the result and will forward photos when room is complete, George has a great passion and thrives for perfection this is reflected in his business and his staff .

We went into Cupar to buy solar lights, just wandered into the Nimbus store because the door was open. Salesperson Des was very helpful and took us through various options. They even were ok with holding the bed for several months while we redecorated. We're enjoying the new space the bed provides, as are the cats!

Visited the Thornton store on two occasions and after an initial visit and helpful advice from Des, decided to buy a king size divan bed and double size mattress. Learned a lot from Des about care for bed and mattresses. Also got a couple of new pillows and mattress protectors and five year care plan to give us peace of mind. Easy parking at store. Would definitely recommend Nimbus Beds.

This is definitely a five star plus company. George and his excellent team have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish.

Matt in the shop was friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable about the products and had endless patience while we tried and re-tried various mattresses.

The two delivery guys also deserve a mention as they were very efficient, pleasant and courteous. Daniel and his co-driver (sorry, didn't get his name), phoned us to inform us of delivery time and arrived promptly and delivered our mattress with no hassle.

And special and heartfelt thank you to George, the owner. We are more than happy with our new mattress.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Nimbus Beds to our friends and in fact have already passed on the name to a friend who is about to look for a new mattress.

I wanted a new double bed for a spare room and called in at the Cupar store. I initially met Matt who was extremely helpful. At that time I didn’t know what I wanted and was just getting ideas but I knew from the first visit that I would buy from Nimbus once I had decided on colours for the room. I went back with my Son and met Jason who was also brilliant and very friendly. He was very knowledgable about everything and gave us plenty of time to look around and make a decision and gave me lots of good information and advice. The order went through without any problem and today I had a call from another nice man called Des to arrange the delivery. I would definitely recommend Nimbus beds and will be going back when I start on my next bedroom.

Des at the Cupar branch went above and beyond to help with a bed repair. Friendly and professional service I would highly recommend.

Had a brilliant experience at Nimbus beds in Thornton. Was helped straight away and found our dream bed! Des was so helpful and explained everything so well to help us make our decisions and just made the process so easy, would 100% recommend! We cannot wait to get our new bed!

Visited Nimbus Beds in Thornton and could not fault the service. Good knowledge and we tried various mattresses before settling on the right one for us. Matt was an excellent adviser. We are due to receive the mattress tomorrow and Matt has arranged delivery at a time that suits our work patterns.

On entering the shop in Cupar we were met by a friendly salesman who showed us various mattresses. No pressure put on us while looking. We eventually picked one to our liking and paid a deposit. Delivery was organised and arrived around a week later by two young men who were both very efficient and helpful.

I visited the Thornton showroom on 02/02/25 to buy a new bed.
Des was friendly,welcoming and had a great knowledge of all the different products.
He explained the differences between the different beds and then allowed me to try out the beds and make my decision.

Really helpful, gave us lots of information about mattresses and then left us to try them. We were given all the time we needed to decide on the one we wanted before we had a conversation about the rest of the bed. Thank you for giving us the space to make up our own minds
