The process was easy.
The process was easy as always. I also had the pleasure of speaking one of your female staff (I do apologise as I cannot remember her name) she was lovely, explained everything well as I had a few questions and actually sounded like she enjoyed her position. I was hesitant to call after previous staff I have spoken to were short and rude. Thanks again!
