I ordered the wrong size of shoe . I realised when it was too late for the order to be changed but was offered two options of what to do.luckily I found someone for the shoe's so didn't have to return them . I was given a 20percent refund which I think is very generous as it was my fault that the order was wrong. I was so impressed with the shoes that were delivered I eventually ordered myself TWO pairs of the correct size.

Ordered what was supposed to be widefit, couldn't get my feet in.As somebody else already stated- difficult to return.Shall give to charity shop and certainly will not look on their site again

My mum ordered a pair of shoes,& was waiting ages for delivery

when the order did eventually turn up.

It was like someone had intercepted the parcel & the shoes was poorly stitched& doesn't look nothing like the picture.

Returning it was a joke costing a further £11.40( the shoes cost 39.99) to macondia.

Still haven't received my refund will put in a further complaint.

Do not buy from this company! You have been warned.

I ordered two bras as I was tempted by the "buy one get one free" offer. Unfortunately when my order arrived they had sent me two different sizes. This obviously meant that they had made an error when dispatching the items so I requested a label so that I could return the items for refund. I was told that if I wanted a refund then I had to bear the cost of sending the package to MACADONIA. Alternatively I could keep them and they would issue a 20% refund!!!

I'm sure this must be against the law as they are selling under false pretences? How do I complain?

DONT buy. They are based in Macedonia and returns cost a fortune. Paid £30 for a product only to find EXACTLY the same me product on Amazon for £7.99 !!!

I have just received shoes that I ordered . Do not fit so I asked if I could returned them I was told that I could return them to Macedonia for a full refund or 20% for some other statement made which did not make sense. Do not use this company as it is a total scam they advertise nilnook UK it is not UK so should not be allowed to advertise on our web a waste of £60.00 so not pleased that they are still able to scam customers

I am being very honest
I purchased two pairs of sandles from this company. I waited ages for them. Three weeks later I told them to cancel my order as I had waited long enough. They sent me an email saying that I'd cancelled them but I wouldn't get my money. Do not use this bunch of crook. I wish I'd read the reviews which are not good.

They sent some cheap sandals which were described as orthopaedic. They were not in any way as described. They do not have a reasonable returns policy and offer % discounts. Postage back is more expensive than the value of the product. They are scammers, don't waste your money I have asked PayPal to investigate. I found responses to my emails rude, suggesting I didn't understand the situation and I was ignored which was very frustrating. Please do not buy anything from this firm, they are scammers.

If you have problems with the quality of goods sent by Nilnook, and they either refuse to help or try to make you pay postage back to Macedonia etc, contact UKICC (United Kingdom International Consumer Centre) who will take up the issue with Nilnook, and possibly refer to the Macedonia consumer regulator, to get you a full refund or other action.

I ordered sliders because I have arch issues and can't walk bare footed. I'm also suffering with swollen feet, other companies I have tried, I just can't get my foot in. I ordered a lot bigger (which I had done with other companies) and they fit, they are so comfortable. Will get some more in the future. Delivery was good and my goods well packaged.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The good are what they say they are

I am very disappointed with the Weed killer I purchased for one thing I can not get gas for it I did sent a text to you but received no reply I thought I had found the gas but when it turned up it was a weed killer which only cost £13.50 the gas is going to be £13.50 for 3 canisters I am very impressed with your service and staff that is why I ordered pair of shoes thank you

I placed my order on the 16th September and received it 10 days later. Whilst I was extremely happy with the product the sizing was not right for me even though Inused their size guide. Customer support have been amazing with immediate responses to my emails. They offered me 3 options to remedy the problem and I have chosen the best one for me. I am now awaiting for the replacement order to arrive,

This company are total scammers you have to return items to Macedonia at your own expense and usually cost more than the item or receive 20 % refund. You are though to believe this is a uk company it's not wish I had read reviews before buying please do not touch this company total scammers

Niknook sent 2 different sized bras.
Asked to return 1 to be exchanged for the correct size, this was refused point blank and the only thing I could do was to return both to Macedonia for a refund.
They sent the wrong item so they should provide return shipping labels.
Do not deal with this company, they are scammers.
I would like to have Trustpilot to verify the positive reviews as I do not believe this company does provide good quality service and goods

Bought the orthopaedic sandals. NOTHING like the quality on the picture. For refund I can pay postage to north Macedonia, or keep the rubbish sandals and they’ll offer a 20pcnt refund.Even if postage is as much as I paid for sandals, I would rather return and get refund to ensure this company doesn’t get to keep any of my money. VERY VERY disappointed and would never purchase from them again .

Very pleased with my purchases, great quality & value for money I will be buying again…
