Do NOT buy there!!!!
I bought a top there for 69€. Found the exact same top for 22.99€ at several other stores. Went to get a refund which was denied. Manager is very rude. You can find the exact same products twice cheaper anywhere else in Paris. I’m soooo gutted I spent with my money there!

Bracelet attachements keeps loosening
I bought a bracelet, which since I bought it has gone off my arm twice, luckily i didnt loose it on any of the occations. The rings next to the attachement keep loosening and eventually it falls off.

Charm missing the clasp (attachment)
I ordered a charm for my sister’s bracelet. It arrived in good time when I gave it to her a few weeks later she said there wasn’t an attachment on it to link to her bracelet. On the photo on the webpage there is a clasp?i have emailed and messaged Nilai but have not received any response. It was so disappointing for my sister.

I was looking for a beautiful scarf for a gift and Pierre helped me look at every scarf in the store. I found the perfect gift and also another gorgeous scarf for myself. It is a beautiful memento of my trip to Paris.
