Pegasus Gore-Tex trainers do not purchase

I have some Pegasus Gore-Tex trainers which have a rip in the right shoe. I contacted Nike with evidence of purchase and Nike have said that this is not their fault and is a product of natural wear and tear. I don’t understand how shoes naturally tear I understand they may become rundown or worn out but you have a full rip in one size Through regular normal use does not seem to fit. I have asked for irreplaceable products and Nike have failed to respond. They keep ignoring my emails and it will be the last time I purchased from this brand. it is worth naughty. I purchased in late October as a Christmas gift so they have only had a few months use

Disgusting

Disgusting. Order number C01510158545
Just received my Nike trainers £89:99 and they are ruined. They are creased. And putting them on the creases do not disappear. I'm going to send photos to trading standards.

Update: I returned the trainers for an exchange. only to have the others just now delivered and in even worse condition than the ones I returned 🤬🤬🤬

Took money but didn’t deliver shoes - no customer service - avoid

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering through Nike. Paid for express delivery for two pairs of kids shoes as my kids needed runner’s urgently and they still haven’t arrived four days after due date. Royal Mail updates haven’t changed for four days and I can’t get through to or contact anyone there. Nike have said they’ll escalate, but have still heard nothing.

Ordered trainers for £185.00 for next…

Ordered trainers for £185.00 for next day delivery they did not show up , did not show up Sunday went online to track them they had not left the warehouse! Went online to complain was totally ignored by incompetent “ Nike athletes “ their advisors telling me it would be delivered today and could not seem to understand that they would not as they had been sitting in Nike warehouse for 48 hrs awaiting DPD delivery . Tried to cancel and ask for refund as they said in their way haha even tho their system said they had not left warehouse they said wait 3 more days then get back so that’s 5 days for next day delivery they left chat! Spoke again and told them they had not deducted 25% birthday discount which said 25% of anything but more lies it’s not off popular items or same items bassically of items no one ordering . I will never buy off Nike.com again and you should avoid this bad company

The worst experience ever

I have had a nightmare experience with the brand I used to love. I have previously bought more than 30 pairs of Nike shoes. My nightmare started with my last return. On 13.05 I both 2 pairs from their own website. On 16.05 I returned both pairs in perfect new condition and sealed in their original boxes by following their own policy and returned it via Inpost. I have never received my refund and unfortunately I realised that 45 days later. I got in touch with customer service, again not an easy one (bots no real human, contact number that constantly cuts me off). I managed to get to chat with real person in the end. I provided proof that my return had been completed in compliance with their policy. Then the reply was that their returns department will deal with it and get back to me with the decision. Guess what I got an email saying that they haven't received the original items but something else instead. This is absolutely ridiculous. They blamed me for swapping the content with non Nike items which is a lie. I am definitely offended by the idea of it. Also they want proof of what items I have sent. For goodness sake. I told them to check cctv by the locker, if you want and see what I put inside. Not to mention that there isn't any proof from their side how my return has been handed. The courier might have messed up or swapped the content. Surely such a massive company should have insurance that can cover such a case without the need of blaming a valued customer of fraudulent activity. The whole situation and reaction from Nike customer service is indeed offensive. I won't be getting my £129.98 back but rest assured I will never ever my anything with that brand.I told them to check my profile and see how many items I bought and how many successful returns I had. Surely I wouldn't play low for £128.98. If I knew that would happen I would never chose Inpost return but a shop return instead. Their policy needs reviewing as I found more customers like me who were treated the same way and no refund was received. Pure robbery from Nike. Well done!
Absolute joke of a customer service.

Sham of a company

Placed an order shoes were miles to small so contacted Nike to return. The idiot advisor couldn't set up the returns, but selected an exchange. I didn't want this and told him, he then left the chat. I managed to setup return myself and it was received by them on Monday. No confirmation from Nike, tried calling but they won't answer. Then contacted them through chat they said it had arrived but now have to escalate it for refund. Escalate what, I have sent proof you have confirmed you have them so why does it need to be looked into to issue a return. Update - received an email this evening, stating I had sent a non Nike item back!!! No description or anything and from reading lots of people's reviews seems this a new way of fleecing customers.

Last time I'll ever use Nike. Your a joke and thiefs

Lost order, terrible customer service.

Ordered a pair of shoes online from Nike, was sent a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. That date came and went - no shoes. I've been in touch with their customer service dept three times now over the last several days, each time they've asked me to wait which I have done. I just spoke to a woman who informs me they have lost my order (!!) and it's not coming. My options are a refund or a replacement order, however they have sold out of the shoes I wanted in my size - she also says either a replacement or a refund will take up to two weeks for them to process!!!! I paid in good faith - Nike are at fault here - why should I be made to wait??!! She also refused to connect me with her supervisor so I could escalate things further. I'm absolutely shocked at this - Nike, seriously?? This is how you treat your customers?? Mistakes happen - I get it, but it's how those mistakes are dealt with that make or break a reputation and this is not even close to being good enough.

Dear Nike Customer Service,

Dear Nike Customer Service,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order with Nike (Order Number: C01503979037), which has been marked as delivered but has not been received by me.

According to the tracking details, the parcel was delivered to a neighbour, but I did not give consent for my order to be left with a neighbour or any third party. The neighbour in question has confirmed they never received the parcel, and I have been informed it was left outside their property. I have checked the area thoroughly, and the parcel is nowhere to be found.

It has now been over 14 days, and your team has stated that Nike is not liable—despite me never receiving the order. This is unacceptable.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Nike remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to me, or someone I have explicitly authorised. As no such authorisation was given, Nike remains liable for this missing parcel.

The order total was £254.99, and I expect either a full refund or a replacement item to be issued without delay.

Please treat this as a formal complaint. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 working days, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through Trading Standards, the Financial Ombudsman, or other consumer protection channels.

Visited braintree outlet store in…

Visited braintree outlet store with my 7 year old to buy some trainers with her giftvoucher. She found some air max and the assistant boxed them up and took to till. We purchased then drove home. We live over 2 hours away in Norfolk. When we got home we found assistant had somehow managed to box up 2 right foot shoes in different sizes! Called store to arrange posting these back and they could send full pair. Was told they won't do that and that the only option i have is to drive back to that store, which is 2 hrs away for an exchange or refund! Even though its their fault! My local store won't help either and nike.com just tell me to contact the store. Im outraged. And in the middle of it a poor little 7 year old girl who lost her birthday money and her trainers. Plus 2 pairs of shoes will be binned in process as that store has 2 left feet and have 2 right! You should be ashamed. So unfair.

Nike Factory Store Ashford

Nike Factory Store Ashford, Kent UK.
I recently visited the Ashford Nike Store, 20 years ago I worked for Nike and customer service, presentation of the store were paramount. There were numerous staff meandering around, zero engagement and zero offers for help. The levels of customer service were disgusting, the state of the store disgusting. The only reason it wasn't a one star is that the individual at the till was very friendly.

Appalling customer service from Nike

Appalling customer service from Nike, I did not expect that from such a big company. DPD did not deliver my parcel at the pick-up point and now Nike are brushing me off, saying that according to their records, the parcel was delivered!
It seems that something untoward is going on, so many parcels going missing and Nike customer serice ignores it! Instead of looking into the matter and question the delivery company, which in my case is DPD, they choose to dismiss it altogether!

Worst customer service in the world

Issued started when tried to order a Jordon 4 on the SNKR app, which declined my payment. Tried twice and then the following day installed the app and managed to order the shoes for my son birthday.
Email confirmation came with a Royal Mail tracker number confirm in delivery for 7 June.
Nothing came, so I called Nike so called customer service on 9 June and spoke with ‘Fares’ who is the most unhelpful person I came across! Just read a flow chart in front of him like a robot!
Explained that these were a present and my son birthday is on the 9 June, I need to find out where they were as the tracker number is not working. He kept insisted that I wait for 6 days before anything is done.
I requested that I need to speak with a supervisor, where point blank refused and stated that he will be calling me back 10 June with an update before 11 and he logged a complaint, and he will email me a 10% off discount (that did not happen).
On the 10, there was no call back (No surprise). I called and spoke with Mohammed who after spending further 10 minutes explaining insisted on a refund, where I explained these a present I need the trainers. I further requested to speak with his supervisor, where he said someone will call me in the next 24 or 48 hours!
Again I was offered the 10 % discount, nothing came through.
It looks like it is impossible to speak with someone to raise a complaint and resolve an issue with Nike. The worst customer service in the world!!!!

I bought my husband a pair of Nike Air…

I bought my husband a pair of Nike Air 270 trainers in March 2023 and one trainer has a puncture and are no longer wearable, the trainers apart from that are in great condition. They cost £179 and I have today been told that because they are over 2 years old I cant get any compensation. Wow! its 2 years and 3 months. Absolute joke, and for the cost I would expect them to be still going for at least 4 years.

Worst leggings quality I’ve ever seen

I am so disappointed with Nike, the quality of their products are so bad recently! I got leggings and the seams are ripping anywhere they have stitching on them! Down at the bottom of the legs,up at the waist literally everywhere! I sewed one part already on the pants but don’t want to have to sew every single stitching part back together! I’m so disappointed and won’t be shopping at Nike ever again! Even though previously every item of my gym gear including several pairs of trainers are Nike! But I’m not paying for their bad quality!

Poor customer service and a bigger inside problem they refuse to solve

Sent back two pairs of trainers for a refund - both in their original packaging. I've got proof of postage for the items but they refuse to give a refund for one of the items, saying they didn't receive it. Not sure how one of the trainers can go missing if they were in the same outer box and with proof of postage too! Now they are ignoring my emails and won't forward my case to a manager or someone else to look into it fully. Sounds like some stealing is going on in their warehouse by their own staff and they refuse to investigate
