Really bad customer service

Poor customer service. No effort at all. I had a 25% birthday discount. After a couple of days the discount had disappeared. I called customer service and they said they couldn't extend the discount. This is terrible from one of the world's largest companies. 25% off is nothing for them but they don't care about their customers.

Nike's self-denial (liars, if you want the abridged version)

I bought two pairs of Nike Vision trainers ('pumps') from Sports Direct (white, and black and white) and as we all know they give credit-notes instead of returning people's funds - credit-notes are much of the time pointless if you happen to have very particular clothing tastes - and which turned out to be a realised nuisance as only within one hour did I notice when looking down at them as I was wandering out-and-about shopping a crease on the top where you bend your foot in a natural walking motion and which is what product-designers are meant to avoid when working on a shoe's structure because otherwise a crease in that specific area will soon become permanent and your new footware will rapidly look in used condition.

I phoned Nike and they said I have to provide photos of the fault and receipts in PDF-format and which was awkward in itself as one of the purchases had taken place in a physical store rather than online; and, when achieved, they would then have the trainers collected.

I go about this, having to trot down to the local store as well as communicate with online staff (the two pairs were bought via both those means) and then after having gone to the trouble of emailing them, along with all the requested documents, their 'Nike Service' department responds by declining my case with the excuse that the fault is wear and tear, myself having explained in length on the phone that the photos were taken immediately after wearing them on that first occasion (the photos are date-stamped). So, they dismissed my claim with a mistruth.

This result is not actually surprising because I had tried to obtain some contracted work ages ago as a video-editor with their company, my producing undoubtedly blowing their standards out of the water, and they wouldn't give me the hours and I knew at the time this was because they didn't like being inferior in any way. Something of a 'funny' attitude. Their recent lie as to the design-fault of these trainers fits with a company that won't admit it is wrong or is second-best even when it sometimes is.

Anyway, in short, the Nike Vision trainers are badly designed and I wouldn't advise buying them.

From Nike-vibe to "We don't care about customer satisfaction"

I’ve been a long-time Nike fan, but my recent experience at this store was extremely disappointing. I bought a water bottle with a clearly flawed design (the straw is misaligned, making it uncomfortable to use). When I tried to return it, the staff refused and said it wasn’t a defect. The manager, Mathew, even stated he “just follows the rules” and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

This attitude completely kills the Nike vibe and makes it much harder to trust their products in the future. Not recommended.

So unhelpful customer service

I buy all my training shoes from Nike. I was supposed to return a pair of Nike p-6000s and I was ONE day late with the return. I chatted with a person for almost an hour and they wrote that it is 30 days that apply, period. Even though Nike now has 60 days. The person was a real legalist and very, very unhelpful. I have also noticed that sizes of shoes is different even between the same model but different colors. Nike always been my favourite shoe brand, but now I will change to an other one.

Stay away from this company at all…

Stay away from this company at all cost. I bought brand spanking new pair of white Nike Air Max Nuaxis and after three weeks the sole turned pink. I returned the shoes to the store and was asked to buy them from Nike's official website since they were out of stock. Went and ordered them and what do you know, pink soles again.

I returned them and ordered the gray ones since they couldn't promise that the third pair wouldn't be pink as well. I went on and ordered the gray ones and after my first long walk I noticed there was a bump under my right foot, where we humans put the most weight (behind our toes). They told me to send images which they know is impossible. I asked them, how should I take the photos and after a while they simply replied "just take a photo of the shoe"

Got home and fotographed the shoe from the inside and got a reply that this is normal wear and tear. I asked them, "is it coincidered to be normal that the shoes developed a bump after such a short period of time? Could you please send me the motivation behind the decision? Etc etc"

They never answered any of my questions instead I get an e-mail that the case is closed. This here people is officially the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life and I would never in my wildest dreams think that Nike would be the one's providing it.

I wouldn't accept this since it was a very weird behavior, dodging all my questions and then "we cannot accept your claim".

I never wore the shoes in rain, haven't gotten them wet and only on concrete.

I'm my phone call the gentleman I spoke with said he was going to check it for me and asked me to sent pictures via an e-mail. The e-mail never arrived for me to send the picture, instead I got the very same e-mail as before. "your case has been declined".

I'm going to copy paste this review everyday for the rest of my life until it's resolved.

Poor website

Poor website, there is no way to check availability of the products in the store. Complete waste of time.
