I also looked at comparison sites which came up for dash cams. It recommended this 4K dash cam as its top one. I ordered it thinking it was a Uk company. I received the dash cam, which seemed ok in itself. But as we began fitting it, it became apparent that the wiring was far too bulky and wires would’ve been everywhere in the car. Especially with the rear camera!! Not what I expected at all. I have emailed the company on several occasions. I was going to return it until I realised it had to go back to Asia. At our cost!! Eventually, I agreed to keeping it and having a 30% refund. As obviously stated in other reviews, we have never received that, or the £30 free gift! Terrible customer service. They don’t even reply anymore! So angry that we fell for this scam! Please avoid this company.

The Vega drive 4k dash cam is a complete load of rubbish, it won't charge, I can't leave it plugged in because it records while the car is stood still then won't record when I'm driving, the information in the pack is hopeless. I emailed the company and at first they seemed keen to help but after three or four emails they blocked me, now I'm stuck with a crap piece of junk. And I've been trying since Christmas as it was a present.DON'T BUY ONE.

I bought 2 cameras which I decided were not what I wanted. Cost approximately £140 and paid last October. I returned them cost postage £40 to China. I have since tried to contact them but have not received any communication. Awful company.

I purchased a dash camera for £89.96.
It finally arrived after delays and it was of the poorest quality, unbranded, used and scratched, without any certifications or useful instructions for installation and use.
I emailed their customer services and their response is attached below.
Instead of getting into the trouble to return the item to China, I accepted the 50% refund they offered me, but that was never paid into my credit card. Eventually I received £44.98 when I raised this with my bank.

“Thank you for your reply, and I completely understand your frustration — I know it’s disappointing when something you’ve purchased doesn’t meet your expectations.

Just to reassure you, yes if you return the item, once it arrives safely at our warehouse, you’ll receive the full refund of £89.96 back to your card. Please note that return shipping (around £15–£25) would need to be covered on your side, and delivery can sometimes take 3–4 weeks due to customs checks. Also, if the parcel gets delayed or lost before it reaches us, we wouldn’t be able to issue the refund.

Because I don’t want you to go through that long, expensive process, I’d like to offer you a simpler option — a 50% refund straight back to your card, and you don’t need to return the item. That way, you avoid the hassle of shipping and still get half your money back right away.

Please let me know which option feels best for you, and I’ll make sure it’s taken care of quickly.

I successfully received a refund via my bank from this scammers.
So if you’ve had a similar experience to me then make sure you keep every email from them for evidence.
I gave nightvisiongoggle every opportunity to adhere to their refund policies but they kept breaching.donf let them get away with it. Hopefully if enough people complain then trading standards will close them down!

That's a Chinese company using a P.O. Box address in London and they aren't even registered there! No phone number and only an email address provided. I ordered a dashcam and like many of you here, I have received an unbranded, non-certified dash cam from China. I didn't dare to use it because I don't want any damage to my car. I contacted the seller and like most of you here, I were offered a partial refund and keeping this useless dashcam to "avoid unnecessary costs of postage to China". Also, they mentioned that they charge a 35% inspection fee. Ridiculous. They really pushed me to accept the partial refund or that's it! I didn't agree with that solution, but the seller "politely" stuck with the only option of returning to China.
I raised the back charge with my bank. I sent all emails as a proof, the link to Trustpilot reviews and I got my money back.
DO NOT GIVE UP! FIGHT FOR YOUR MONEY!

Do not buy from this company. What they dont tell you is the item (dashcam in my case) comes from china, so it takes forever to get to you. Then when it does arrive if you have to send it back (for what ever reason) they will swerve committing to the refund, instead they start offering you a percentage refund, a store card and say you can keep the item!! I insisted i wanted to return and eventally they gave me a china return address? At this point i became very suspicious, china for a london based company? I paid for a tracked item and sent it on its way Weds 17/09. End of Sept i started checking the process, on weds 1/10 i read in china and being processed in customs!!! To this day 18/11 it is still being processed?? I tried contacting Nightvision threw the same channel email and quickly realised they were not replying to any messege i sent. I had no choice but to contact Action Fraud as i believe this to be some kind of scam!! It was!!! Be very carefull, would not under no circumstances buy from here

I would give zero stars if I could! I sent this email to them but they have sent no reply and I am left with a product that does not match the description and does not do what tit was supposed to do.

Finally it arrived today. Well that is to say something did!are you seriously telling me that the clear plastic case is an anti theft case worth £22. I am shocked! It is nothing like I expected and it is not worth the money. I also don’t see that it would prevent theft because all you have to do is unscrew it! It cannot be what I ordered by virtue of these screws. - see the description of what I ordered.
Please let me know how I return for a full refund. Please note that I won’t be paying postage because it isn’t what I ordered so returning it is not my fault to be charged for.

Ordered a dash cam it finally arrived, it was incompatible and I’ve returned it, I tracked postage, they received and signed for it on 18th September 25, now November, they have not refunded as promised, and are ignoring my emails. I do not recommend this company.

Scam. Got the cam but it needs a subscription and quality is terrible. They won't reply to my emails when asking to return it.

Ordered a dash cam which came from China to the delivery company warehouse in England and then posted by them via Royal Mail to me. Camera was not the one illustrated on their website. No instructions, no SD card.Advised that I wish to return the camera and asked for a refund and a return address. 6 emails later I got an address in China and an offer of a partial refund of 20%. After more emails I decided to cut my loses and accept the partial refund (mistake). Refund was not issued ,had to resort to Charge Back through my Credit Card . Sham Company , please do not accept a Partial Refund go for Full Refund via Charge Back if you have been conned by this Company. Their Emails are very friendly but they have no intention of accepting a return or issuing a refund. Their address in London is a rent by hour facility.

Unfortunately I ordered a dashcam, EVRI decided not to deliver it and sent it back, I kept emailing them and they haven't replied or refunded my money.
Stay clear of them.

Dash cam arrived faulty/unusable.
Protracted Emailing attempted to send video of fault.
After no progress I returned to unit .
3 weeks later no contact and no reFund

Bought a dash cam turned out that it is not compatible with UK standards when I asked to return it they started to swerve in every direction but to return the item. They said on their website 30 days money back guaranteed which is a lie.

I have raised a formal complaint with training standards Uk to investigate their website and how they are allowed to sell faulty products here

Do not buy anything from this company. Sell you faulty goods that don’t work as they say on their website and will not give you a refund so don’t believe thier terms and conditions. They are a company from China so nothing applies to them when it comes to customer service and care. I purchased a door camera which would not pair to my phones or the door bell. Also the free £30 gift never arrived. You been warned

I ordered a GuardianBell Pro AI Night Vision Doorbell, a SecureShield Anti Glair Doorbell Mount and a 128 GB SD Card - for Doorbell. After receiving I asked to return the items. I had to send a second email before I got an answer. When I got a reply, I was told that I had to send then back to China at my own cost, which they said would be £15 - £25. It doesn’t mention this on its website. The free gift supposedly worth £30 never arrived. I wouldn’t trust them an inch!!

Ordered a Drone. Took ages to arrive and was the wrong one, cheap junk! The gift, supposedly worth £30 was a bunch of 'self-help' ebooks worth about £3 at best!
They said, and I quote, we have no control over want the Chinese factory sends customers?! FALSE ADVERTISING. Still waiting for my refund. This is illegal and shop be shutdown.

I ordered the dashcam and reversing camera. Like others I was under the impression that it was a UK company but it's not. The package did finally arrive, it took 6 weeks. Absolutely no information about installing it, the app is really sketchy. Unlike others I didn't receive any "free mystery gift". Please don't be fooled by the various comparison sites. You can buy this from Temu for under £20. I guess at least I received something, hence why one star.

I spent £130 on a Vega Drive 4K Full HD Smart Dash Cam. Formatted the Micro SD card OK then after a couple of days got conflicting messages - Insert SD card - Format SD card - SD card damaged. Tried a different SD card - no different so sent an email to CS, no response, sent 3 more emails still no response.
Removed it from my car car and replaced with Nextbase Dashcam. What a difference, massive attention to detail. Nightvisiongoggle's User Manual is a joke compared to Nextbase. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before buying Nightvisiongoggle, will do in the future.
