We have a fair few cars in our Household from normal to classics and I am a picky so and so and have worked in the trade most of my life and also as my business we look after car dealerships and servicing garages as part of what we do and yet. I would honestly not trust my cars with any other guys. I have classic stuff that I hate other people touching and only trust Lucasz and the team. This is a genuine review of top class service and reliability. If there are any negative reviews on here then this must have been circumstances or bad luck as I have recommended these guys to plenty of friends and now they wont go anywhere else.

Nightshift Services are one of the reasons I can run my company successfully and efficiently. With my fleet of vans and the hours they work, I’m never having to take a vehicle off the road. It’s hard to find a local business nowadays where you’re not just a job number, but with Nightshift you get that family business feeling which in today’s world is hard to find.
I started my business 9 years ago and I’ve used Nightshift for the last 8 of them and I’d never ever take my business elsewhere.

Brilliant company, can't recommend or compliment enough. Night Shift provide brilliant customer service, explanations all the way through and keep you in the loop and in control of any decisions.
I've been to multiple garages before but would not move from Night Shift now I've found them.
They're brilliant, can't, as I said to begin with, recommend enough.

I've used night shift for years and had many niggles. But unfortunately the two few times I've had real problems. Both issues were related to MOTs.

The first was a motorhome. It was booked in with months of advance warning. They had serviced the motorhome before and I made them aware again (after previous issues) it was a motorhome. I had an MOT booked, but they returned it saying the place they had booked it for couldn't fit a motorhome. So it was not tested and I had to do it myself.

The second time, this time with a car, I told them it needed tyres. They confirmed that they would add tyres. It went for it's MOT and guess what, it failed on tyres. Again, they returned it with a failed MOT and I had to sort it myself.

This was after years of "miscommunication" with regards to booking MOTs. So I was very clear this year.

The whole value prop of night shift is that I don't have to worry about doing this myself, yet every time I have problems.

I gave them the opportunity to make things right but they declined.

If you need an MOT or any general repairs, don't use nightshift.

The reason why it's not 1 star is because if you just want a service and your vehicle has no problems, you might be ok. Just be careful with what they promise.

The team at Night Shift are amazing. Working out of hours means we are not stuck without a car and they look after the two we have. They are reliable and most importantly honest. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I recently used this garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! They operate outside regular hours, from 5 PM to midnight, which is ideal for those with a busy schedule. As a mum, I greatly appreciated their collection and delivery service for local customers, available for an additional £10. This meant I didn't have to take a day off work or arrange childcare just to get my car serviced. There was no need to ask someone for a lift or order a taxi. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for convenient, efficient, and reliable car servicing!

Reasonably happy picked up 30, minutes after suggested time, delivered circa 3.5 hours later, after out sourced mot and £100 plus vat oil

Did not wash car ( raining outside ), nor clean inside of car as advertised, nor did they replace a brake pedal rubber, which had recently come off, and which I requested to be put on.
May use in future, as they were polite and seemed efficient, they were referred to me by my daughter, who thinks they're Great.

Just had my Ford serviced by NSS and couldn't be more pleased. Car collected from my home at 4pm and returned at 7pm all complete. Parts used were all genuine Ford parts thus maintaining my warranty. Price was excellent. Will definitely use them again.

The service was good, no residual oil left to drip all around the lower engine area. All the filters changed including the pollen filter. No greasy finger prints left anywhere and even cleaned the inside of my car, removing my little rubbish pile. All in all a dam good all around excellent service experience. Will definitely take my car there again for service and repairs. Thanks guys. Top notch servicing team.

After months of trying to get my beloved Mini Cooper fixed I tried the guys at Nightshift Servicing. How I wish I’d gone there first! Because of Ian’s honesty and amazing customer service I’ve saved over £1000. And probably more. I cannot fault them. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else and would strongly recommend Night shift to anyone. Keep it up guys!

Decided to take my BMW for a service and upgraded the service to the full performance restoration package! WOW! My 14 plate 120d xdrive now drives like the day it came off the production line! Other garages I have used tend to take your car do the work and give it back. What you would expect. However nightshift go the extra mile by looking after my car and making sure they look after me too. Answering my questions and making sure I'm clear on what work may need doing at what I feel is reasonable prices. They collect my car and drop it back!

Second time I’ve used these, well three of you count the MOT
Took my car for a service which was fab collected on time and valeted and keys dropped through letterbox as it was late when they completed the job.
I asked them to note anything as it was also due an MOT
they provided a couple of items in priority order so I was aware what needed doing and when
Cancelled my MOT that I had previously arranged with a high street competitor and rebooked in with Nightshift
MOT passed and again Ian and Lucas provided simple answers to my questions without me feeling stupid!
Offered to check my discs free of charge once a month on my way home from work so I was aware when they needed to be changed
These guys are pleasant, honest, transparent and only book in work which is required

Had a previous car serviced by them and what a pleasant experience, they came and collected it and returned it a few hours later, all serviced and had even been valeted! Also just had brakes and discs on van I own now and still the same high level of service. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend. Best thing is no time off work needed as it's all done at night 😀
