The heat viper combo look sick and my nephew is super jealous. I can't wait to run them. The combo shows charging cables included but I received none. There were also no batteries for anything, so I can't run them out of the box either. I wish I knew that before purchase so I didn't get my hopes so high when opening them. I am also not able to check that they work if there is no way to turn them on.
0 batteries came with my first delivery. Maybe they will show up in another package. Again, they look fantastic. I just want to use them.
P.s. the rhino mount is pretty floppy. I have adjusted as much as I can but it wobbles something awful. More RandD required to better that design I think.

they never shipped my order after 2 weeks, ANDcharged me a restocking fee when I went to cancel it. trash site

Love the item. Works great

I have never had the advantage that heat and viper gives me. Im small time and my efforts deal in animal rescue and care and if you have ever searched for a small kitten you know that unless you have vision like a cat you’re not gonna be successful. I am successful. I test distance and it’s phenomenal. The thermal is as good as my own eyesight and I have excellent vision. I do not know how I managed without it. Well, I didn’t really. Average. That was me . Above average with just night vision but the thermal makes me equal to all the other things that I didn’t know were there because now I see them too.

Customer service is good and responsive

I had to do some diy stuff cause of quality control but it was easy. Very impressed with price. I’m certainly considering buying more again.

I’m happy with the products and service. Although the inconvenience regarding shipping and delivery makes this 4 stars.

2 weeks still havent recieved my order yet

The site was easy to navigate and it went through Shop, which I trust. I am excited to receive news my order is being packaged and even shipped! :)

Outstanding customer service. The website and description of products can be confusing, but customer service was able to explain everything and fix my previous order problems and send me the correct products. 👍👍💯👍💯💯

I was supposed to receive the aluminum helmet mount which I did not. Also there does not look to be any convenient way to actually attach the mount to the helmet. The electronics seem to work well and focus is adjustable. However, overlapping them to work in unison does not as there is no adjustment for aim in height that I could find. Mine is quite a bit out of adjustment. So just have to close one eye at a time to function. They are simple to operate though. These are not for critical operations as I plan to use to navigate woods at night and recover game after dark. The weight together would require use of the helmet mount or some padding to the forehead as it digs in with the head mount strap. Overall decent for the money but doesn’t seem to function as advertised.

Well, for starters you didn't send the G24 helmet mount that you promised to throw in. Then Speedx shipping was ridiculous. Finally, when the product did arrive, it came without batteries (any power supply) that is apparently proprietary, which you failed to mention. After that, I got this rebate card from you for -$25 with the code [ZQMQ6CGW455B] THAT DOESN'T WORK.

Delivery time line, missing screws that secure NVG’s to bridge.

The item sat in some facility waiting for a label and pick up. I live less than 1 hour from that facility. I could have walked there and back in the time it took to arrive. Your service is unsat.

The items I purchased worked better than I thought, will be getting several more items. All aspects where OUTSTANDING, from purchase to delivery, to usage.

Ver high quality products. Just the helmet mount should be changed to alloy. Not a big issue for me.

Loved the product, did not like being at the mercy of the shipping company...on the bridge, it needs to have a way to be able to swivel, and angle the optics to fit "your eyes", ther is only one option rite now for your bridge, left or right....wen it comes to eyes, everybodirs are diffrent....you have to be able to up, and down.. left right...but all and all, love the thermal....i recorded my girlfriend farting with it the other nite while she slept...told me she neeeever farted....shiiiit

The Product is good, but would have received 5 stars had it included batteries - which I had to buy separately.
The Thermal is awesome and great for finding critters at night.
