I purchased 2 of their kits so my oldest son would have one as well. The helmet was too small. The packaging on the helmet states that if the helmet is too small that you can request a larger size. I did so and they said they sent the largest size they have which is BULLSHIT because I wear a 7-1/4 and he wears a 7-3/4. He never used the NVG and I requested a return for his and got no response. I used the NVG one time and couldn't get it to focus and the eye focus piece was loose. I requested a return and no response.
Their products are shit a d their customer service sucks.

Good night vision for the price but dose not mount properly to the helmet mount i order as well

Works like I expected it to. Not to bad for digital nvg. It’s also at great price.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with my first pvs14 and then something else happened, but thankfully the customer service from Night Operators was superb and in the end I ended up blessed with having been giving a second one as a free replacement so I now have binos!

Timely delivery, excellent packaging. I was highly impressed by the quality for the price. I have several other nvg style options but these truly do bring to market a viable option for anyone in any price range.

ordered Monday, at my door Friday. No drama

I was a little confused thought I ordered Night and thermal vision, but I just ordered Night. I explained to them the situation they offered me 15% off of my next purchase which I thought was nice of them.

I own both the Viper and a PVS14; the Viper is a solid digital starter, while the 14's clean tube, accurate QC sheet, smooth gain, and reliable autogating are on another level. I still can't find where they cut corners, especially at this price.

Product as promised

Read all the horror stories about blem tubes from other sellers before ordering, so my expectations were braced for disappointment. My PVS-14 came with maybe one tiny pepper spot at the very edge, invisible unless you go hunting for it. Whatever they are doing at QC, it is working.

Bought the VIPER first, then the HEAT, now the bridge kit. Every piece has shown up on time and worked out of the box, which after three orders is a pattern, not luck. everything plays together like it should.

My experience with Night Operators has been overwhelmingly positive. Their professionalism is evident in every interaction, with clear communication, genuine courtesy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Even when a small discrepancy arose, the way it was addressed truly demonstrated the character and professionalism of the company. Everything was handled with attentiveness, respect, and a sincere desire to ensure that I was completely satisfied.
