Package didn’t arrive. When I queried they insisted that I follow up with the postage company and wouldn’t send me another product so I’ve paid for nothing. They didn’t mark it as arrived (wrongly) until 4 weeks after I ordered so even if you do get your package it’ll take a long time.

I first tried the face moisturiser and the salmon serum. I absolutely loved both and quickly ordered more products. The rest were also amazing, with the one exception of the eye and neck cream. I had a severe reaction and the skin around my eyes looked burnt and my neck was itchy. So I stopped using it and it has healed nicely. I will continue with the other products

This product is light weight and not greasy on my skin. It’s long lasting and my skin feels and looks great after just one week of use. I’m excited to try other NIDA products.

What is very gentle on my eczema skin, noticeable tighten pores and every product has lived up to the hype.... ordering more before I run out... definitely, don't want any missed days without my NIDA care!!

Nida retinal! I'm 43 and my face has never felt softer or more moisturised. I'll never stop buying the Retinal eye cream (which I use on entire face and neck). Also, my NZ courier company lost one of my Nida packages and NIDA send me a whole new package free of charge! It wasn't even their fault- they genuinely care about their customers 💗

Delivery was not to long👍about 10-12 days from Corea. I ordered Salmon PDRN peptide serum, revive eye cream and ultimate moisturizing cream. My skin is very, very dry and I use to have a millions smal wrinkles, not only on face but entire body. My body just after shower can crack and surface faling apart like sun burned skin do. I tried all 3 products as suggested form company and I was shocked by effects of product. Im 59 years, old smoker and all my life I was trying to find some products to solve my skin problem. Even the period of my childhood, my family took me to dermatologist even out of my own country. Im from former Yugoslavia and my family took me to the Suisse to specialist, but no help. Finally I found products which after just few days of use has changed my skin with les wrinkles, skin is more moisturized and feels smoother than ever before. Thats my true experience with this product. Imagine man 59 has all life dry skin and dermatological problem, believe me I was skeptic, and it was reasonable to bee with my problems. I really love the oil double cleanser and the moisturiser and eye cream. My skin is glowing. Agree with the negative comments on the blackhead and whitehead exfoliators. Bottles were totally empty and I couldn't get anything out of them. I just binned them. But I really do love the other products.

I love NIDA! The products I’ve tried(moisturizer, black and white rice serums) have been great. They work as advertised and leave my middle aged skin looking beautiful and youthful. I’ll definitely continue to be a customer!

I received a bottle of the black rice exfoliating serum that was practically empty. I provided videos of an undamaged bottle and a video showing the dropper unable to draw up any product. I was denied a refund or replacement and was told to “shake the bottle”. So much for 30 day satisfaction guarantee 😂

I will honestly never use anything other than NIDA for my skin ever again, im 31, and my fine lines on my forehead are fading, and my eyes have never looked brighter! I highly recommend!!!!

Over all the products work very well, however, I had a severe allergic reaction to the Eye and Neck cream. My eyes swelled up and looked like they were burnt and my neck was the same with bumps.

Was recommended this Korean brand by a friend, I instantly said I would not buy any Korean products due to their appalling lack of animal welfare, using animal testing etc. Imagine how surprised I was to read that this company does not test on animals, is vegan and cruelty free.
Then to find the products are just amazing is a total bonus, I purchased the "glass skin bundle" the "oil cleanser" and lip balm. I have to say ive only been using these for a few days but already like the way they nourish my skin.
The prices are very competitive to brands such as "The Ordinary" or "Inkey" but I was shocked at the added tax cost , my €57 trolly ended up nearer €90, the products also took around 2 weeks to arrive in Ireland.
Either way I placed another order yesterday!

I love all of the products that I bought! I got the eye cream, the regular moisturizer, the Salmon PDRN serum, the face sunscreen and the retinol lip balm. Of all the 5 things that I got my favorite is the Salmon PDRM serum because it really does give my skin that "glass effect" that people talk about. I use all of them daily and I usually have VERY dry skin, but my face is feeling so soft now! I've been using the products for about 3 weeks and I have noticed some of my fine lines are less visible (I'm 41, just for reference). The prices are decent and costumer service was VERY good. I actually ordered 2 sunscreens but they only sent one, so I messaged them and they refunded me on the same day. Yesterday I ordered the 2 different exfoliators and the toner since I've been so pleased with their other products.

Nida never fails me. Looking forward to serum for fine lines and wrinkles.

Honestly the moisturiser does make a noticeable difference to my skin... so much more supple and hydrated. I am 52 and when I wake in the morning I can feel the difference. Am about to order the whole set!

Had been using an American brand for afew years. It's time to change & happen to see NIDA advertisements on social media & decided to give it a try.
Delivery was fast & had been using the product for almost 01 month. I like the thin texture which is good for Singapore climate. Not sticky nor oily. So far, I would said it's worthy product. Had met up with cousins recently & they complimented that my face seems glowy.

Bought eye serum and moisturiser, eye serum seems ok but moisturiser has brought my face out in little spots all over the place , not sure why and not too happy tbh will go back to usual moisturiser that doesn’t cause problems
