What everyone who owns trees needs
This is the perfect item to protect tree roots and tidy the whole appearance of the tree, put a little bit of bark on top and nobody would know! Sent promptly

Customer Service by which all companies should be measured
Great customer service, great product, and excellent communications. I ordered one set of garage floor tiles, and they didn't have enough edge pieces in stock, in the colour I wanted. So they gave me a grey one until the right colour came back in stock. The right one turned up (without any chasing from me) a week or two later.
Then I placed a second order for more (to finish off the garage floor) on Bank Holiday Monday. I thought I'd got my order wrong, so asked for it to be put on hold till I could confirm things. I genuinely didn't expect to get hold on anyone on a bank holiday, but they came through and confirmed everything that same day.
The tiles arrived today (Weds) and they look amazing!

Great service
Great service. Placed an order and some of the garage floor tiles delivered were the wrong colour. As soon as I informed them they took responsibility and corrected the issue. Collection of the incorrect items was booked for the next day and the correct tiles sent out straight away. Arriving the day after. Other. Companies I have delt with will claim its the customers error, make you send them back and then send replacements when they receive them. All taking weeks. Errors can happen but when there sorted this quickly. And without any fuss it amazing and unfortunately not too common these days.

I have just completed a patio rebuild and used Nicoman rubber tiles for the ease of installation. I am delighted with the look for a reasonable cost. I have decided to extend and will be ordering more tiles.
