Bought shoes which were on pre-order
Bought shoes which were on pre-order. After I waited for about 7 months (and no update from the seller whatsoever) I contacted them and asked what happened - the reply was rather matter of fact that this will take its time. Fair enough - so I waited another few months and still - nothing - so I cancelled the order.
I totally get that pre-order takes a while but the seller didn't bother to inform the customer about the process or else and I got the feeling they didn't really care either. (But of course took the whole amount up front). I am really not impressed - shame as they seem to have a few unusual items.

I ordered 2 unusual belts. Customer service was great and the items arrived nicely packaged. Some items are pre-order so you may have to wait a while to receive them but definately worth it.

Not worth the price
Bought 2 items on sale, a hairband and a hair clip. The hairband was nice, but a piece of diamante fell off right out of the box. The pin was cheap looking. Would not keep. Final sale
