Nicola was fantastic to deal with from the very first minute I placed the order. Communication was great and she was pleased to add additional photos on my later request. Having received the framed photos which were extremely well packaged I am very happy, as is my son who I was gifting it to. I would definitely use Nicola again.

Ordered a picture collage for my friends 50th, Nicola responded so quickly that she’d received my photos (very easy to send via WhatsApp) & would send me a sample before going to print, next day this happened!! I asked her to swap a picture, even tho she did say once it was done no changes allowed, but she was extremely accommodating & changed it & sent the next day!! I am so so pleased with my picture collage frame it looks fantastic & so impressed with the speed of getting it done & sent - highly recommend Nicola - can’t thank you enough for yr patience & being so accommodating (I’ll be back & promise no changes next time!!😉) Lisa (110% very happy customer) 🤩

I used Nicola a while back and she created such a lovey personalised gift for my partner. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and extremely professional, she shown me preview of the order before sending and the gift arrived on time.
Not only did Nicola go above and beyond for me but she helped me out not once but twice for a charity event for my niece but gifting vouchers, and I know the people who used those vouchers were highly impressed- this just goes to show what a lovely lady she is, how she is more than willing to go above and beyond for others and is also why I would recommend her to others.

Beware - very unprofessional!
Nicola advertises delivery times that are not achievable for her. When contacted, she was very defensive and unpleasant with an entitled attitude. Instead of resolving my issue, she waited a week then cancelled my order. Not worth your time.

Quick service and kept up to date on the delivery from beginning to end. Upon delivery the frames were packaged perfectly. Nicola was really helpful and gave great advice on the photos submitted for framing. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication, rectified quality issue with my original photo and made a text amendment for me after I spotted a mistake.

Nicola was great at putting together exactly what I wanted and re adjusted it a few times until it was exactly right. Lovely product and the other parents and the teachers love them

Absolutely delighted with my order from Nicola Jane Creates! The framed collage she made for my best friend is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully put together and full of personal touches. It arrived today, carefully packaged and even included a lovely free gift, which was such a kind surprise. Nicola has been so lovely throughout the process, with great communication from start to finish. You can really tell she puts her heart into her work.
