My hair dryer started making a loud noises and a burning smell came straight away. I turned them off straight away!!! They were clearly faulty and dangerous. If I had continued to use them I saw they might have set a light or be extremely dangerous!! They are not very old and should not be faulty!!!! Not impressed!!!

I bought some infrared straighteners and was delighted with them. After 4 months of light use they’ve stopped working. I’ve emailed the company and got zero response. I’m so disappointed

I have been trying all day to get through to Customer Service on the phone and have been holding on for hours. I have sent them an email with no response. I have had three hot hair brushes from them, first one was great, the second one overheated and stopped working and the one I have now is also over heating so will only work on cool setting but even then overheats after ten minutes so it has to be switched off for a few minutes to cool down.

I have been waiting for a replacement product to be sent out since making a complaint in April , ever since this was confirmed by email and calling customer service so many times still no response the product blew up whilst my daughter was drying her hair and sent videos etc absolutely shocking

Everything was fine in respect of ordering and delivery but when my wife opened her Christmas present there was no nozzle present in the box. The packaging gave the indication it may have been a a previous return. The hair dryer is working fine but without a nozzle.

Very pleased with my new travel hair dryer. I will b using it at home too as it is super efficient, light weight and the cable is a perfect length.

I am still waiting for a response from Head Office regarding the hairdryer being delivered in a damaged box and therefore being ungiftable. I currently own an expensive ornamental hairdryer!

Delivery was very prompt. The product has an issue with the brush. Depending on how you turn the brush it can become loose from its fixing. This means you have to twist it back on but brush is extremely hot therefore twisting it is very difficult

I ordered a new hairdryer from Nicky Clarke company during the morning of Monday 28th October. I received an invoice with an order no. I am still waiting for delivery. Having contacted their customer services I was directed to a distribution company who knew nothing about my order. They sent me back to Nicky Clarke who I contacted again on Friday 1st November. I have received nothing from them and have now asked for my money back. The service was poor and I am not very happy.

Excellent quality item! The air brush is so easy to use and well worth the cost. I have thick curly hair and my hair was dried and bouncy really quickly.
