I feel like this company conducts themselves like crooks. They lure you in with a welcome discount but it doesn't mean anything because when you add the promo code, they just add a shipping charge which offsets the discount. When the code isn’t added, there is no shipping charge. Upon making the purchase I found the same products SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper on nutricircle.co.uk. I immediately emailed customer services to cancel my order with Nick's. They said it wasn't possible so I waited for my order to arrive and I requested a refund which they refused despite my order still being untouched and in the box
Been using nicks now for a while however, a recent order of 70 pounds has not arrived and they are not responding to emails. Poor communication.
Shop shows they are preparing my order since the 21st. I won't be using these guys again after this experience.
