Wow what an awful company. Don't buy anything from here. I paid £149 for a pair of shoes and they are temu quality and bloody awful. I have been emailing the company for weeks and no reply. Trading standards is my next point of call

I bought a jumper in their sale on Facebook. It arrived, not at all as in the photo, thin, flimsy and seethrough. There was nothing in the bag, no return slip, although they say one can return until 30 days. No address to return to. I emailed them and got no reply. Be careful about buying from companies on FB - this is not the first scam, this is becoming a pest now. Go into shops or make sure you are dealing with a reputable brand.
Nick & Alison London look like a long standing reputable English business from the AI generated smiling couple to the company’s impressive write up within their ad on social media. Ordered a stylish “wool” winter coat at a discount price for Christmas only to receive a creased, lightweight, badly made, 100% polyester (as labelled!) garment. They offer 30% off for returns and the best I got from them was a 50% refund and keep the coat (what I’ll do with it I don’t know). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ADVERTISEMENT LINK OR ANY OTHER ON SOCIAL MEDIA THAT LOOKS LIKE IT. It’s a scam.
