Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

We spent over £81,000 with Nicholas Anthony expecting a premium kitchen and professional customer service. Instead, the project became the most stressful and disappointing part of our renovation.

The process involved repeated delays, ongoing issues, remedial works and exhausting communication over a period of more than five months. We repeatedly had to chase and push for problems to be addressed, and even acknowledged issues became difficult and drawn out to resolve.

Throughout the process we often felt dismissed, pressured and bullied rather than supported as customers. There were also inappropriate and unprofessional comments made during the project.

Even now, after months of disruption and repeated corrections, we are still not happy with the final outcome.

Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others not to choose Nicholas Anthony.

Update: I contacted this company again recently in spring 2026, the Wigmore Street branch in London, for assistance with water damage to a top-tier German-made kitchen, which they didn’t install. They were able to help with replacement parts and installation and made the water damaged space look good as new. Of course there were some hiccups — there often are. And nothing these days comes cheap. But I was, yet again, impressed by the responsive customer service and professional attention to detail of the Nicholas Anthony team in central London. Thank you kindly for your help.

I was looking for a bathroom countertop and spent hours glaring at images online, trying to order samples and making phone calls all over London to see who could show me what. I found Nicholas Anthony online and it looked like the Ascot shop could help me out. A long way to go, for sure, but by happy coincidence I was also visiting the tile shop beside so it was well worth the trip. Anthony was exceedingly helpful in showing me real samples of the countertop surfaces I had seen on the internet, things I could consider in different lighting and actually touch. He knew his stuff, pros and cons of various, and was generous in his assistance. He helped me rule out the stone top I'd been considering in favour of something fun and modern and more suited to my home. Top marks. Strongly recommend.

Having visited the showroom of Nicholas Anthony on wigmore st. Initially, I knew that l wanted a Seimatic (SLX PURE) kitchen. Having contacted & visited their Ascot branch, I was given immediate interest & attention by their branch manager - Sophie who continued to give her undivided support, importance &
attention to my project. She had been completely professional through it all. Thank you so much Sophie. Just before the 'Fit' I was then introduced to Alan, a newly appointed project manager. Initially it was case of personality clash, but with time we seem to warm to each other. He too was very helpful &
professional.
Unfortunately though the, kitchen'fitters' were extremely unprofessional, unreliable & uncommunicative. Apparently they were recommended by Seimatic or so l was told and they took FOUR months to fit my kitchen. It was the most stressful & unsettling time for us.
Nicholas Anthony need to revise this for future
clients. Throughout all this the only 'constant' was Sophie whom I could call upon anytime for help. Eventually the kitchen was complete with the expertise of Alan. Having gone through troubled times I would still recommend Nicholas Anthony to others looking to install new kitchens. I am very happy, excited & satisfied with my new kitchen

I cannot recommend Nicholas Anthony highly enough to anyone looking for a high-end kitchen. Robert, Alan and the team have been excellent throughout the process and delivered an outstanding kitchen.

Communication has been excellent, collaborating really well with our contractors and helping to solve the problems that inevitably emerge really quickly and painlessly.

The whole design process was really easy and Robert was amazing at listening to what we wanted and making it work in an awkward space. Everything arrived on time and the install was really straightforward. They gave good, practical advice about how to spec it and made sure it was suitable for our needs.

For us, the fact it looks almost identical to the renders they did for us right at the beginning of the project is a testament to how successful it has been.

If you are in the market for a high quality kitchen you couldn't do better in our view than starting with Nicholas Anthony

Good engagement from start to finish even though the excellent fitter suffered a serious health issue part way through the project. Another was immediately assigned to our project. All issues encountered were rectified with careful attention to detail.

Arezoo provided a professional service. The information provided enabled us to find two Gagganeau ovens which were were then ordered and delivered in a timely manner. I approached two other suppliers and Arezoo’s quote came in the most competitively priced. I will be sure to use Nicholas Anthony again and highly recommend them.

Very helpful with a tricky instillation - all worked extremely smoothly

Was extremely impressed wih Arezoo Pouya at the Wigmore street showroom. She designed a beautiful kitchen after articulating all the possibilities so that we were sure we had covered all the basis. Everything was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Nicholas Anthony recently re-fitted a new kitchen worktop for us which had been damaged and did so brilliantly, in spite of the inherent risk of causing damage to other areas of the kitchen. The workmen are so knowledgeable and skilled in their work, I would never go anywhere else!

Our project aimed to unlock previously unused space in our home and create a contemporary open plan family kitchen and living area. Nicholas Anthony's design team visited the site during construction and instinctively understood the brief. This was brought to life in 360 degree graphics which were presented to us in a relaxed customer meeting. Throughout the project they worked with us, the installation team and other trades involved, to project manage the works which were completed on time and on budget. We have been delighted with the results and very impressed with Nicholas Anthony’s aftercare. We are more than happy with our decision to work with Nicholas Anthony and would have no reservations in recommending them.

We were very happy with Grant Swain who we met in the London showroom. Our kitchen was to be fitted in our new apartment In Dorset and he followed the progress until completion.
He was always available to offer his experience and advice.

Nicholas Anthony assisted with our recent house renovation assisting / advising with our kitchen, pantry and three bathrooms. Great products and service. They were very helpful from our initial enquiry, offered great advice around design, style and products with the installation process and project management seamless, responsive and highly professional. We were delighted with the end result and all-round experience.

Nicholas Anthony fitted my kitchen several years ago and since then, a few minor points have required attention, as one might expect over quite a long period. Their after sales service has been excellent and they have followed up these small points very promptly and efficiently.

I received extremely helpful and expert advice. Everything possible was done to ensure that the new kitchen equipment I needed was properly ordered and fitted.
