I purchased 4 knocker back dining chairs. The product quality was excellent and as per image and description on the website. Also, the communications was faultless. I dealt with Tayla and she was lovely and helpful. I am actually an Interior Designer, and I found the quality and prices better than most of my trade suppliers. Thank you Tayla, I will be using Niches again.

Hands down this is one if not THE worst company you can buy anything from. Ordered a 5 drawer mirrored chest which took weeks to deliver. when it arrived, the chest was fully assembles and as described by the seller, weighs some 50kg. the couriers ripped off some of it to take pictures but refused to remove it all or take it away. when we took it off, we discovered a chip in the mirror and spent some 5 weeks trying to convince the seller where the chip is and despite the pictures and evidence, they still argue against it. awful awful awful

I had pleasant and efficient exchanges with the company rep. When the chairs arrived, they were well packed.
They are super, exactly as described, comfortable and attractive.
I recommend them highly.

A word of warning if you are thinking of buying one of the ghost dining chairs. The width quoted (38cm) is the distance between the rear splayed legs. The front of the seat itself is only 34.5 cm and the back of the seat 29 cm. Far too narrow to seat my dinner guests comfortably

First class company to deal with. Ordered my item at 5pm and it was delivered at 10am the next day. The price I got it for was the best on the Web. Would highly recommend

Bought a marble console table and rang the office to check it in stock and it was , placed the order and very quick delivery by 2 man job. Called me to say when the delivery was booked for then again on the day to give me a time. Really pleased with it , I will order again from this company .

I bought a glass table with chrome legs from Niches Liverpool absolutely gorgeous found the company very helpful spoke with Tayla who was very professional and honest gave me a date and time delivered by two lovely polite guys would definitely use this company again we’ll done Niches.

So inlove with my new chairs and 2 tables the quality is divine and the delivery team were friendly and kind I'm pregnant so they carried it in to the house and took the excess wrapping away after they checked products were not damaged

UPDATE As to their reply... - it is a pack of lies but at this stage I really wouldn't expect much else. How can using the County Court to settle the claim be 'Blackmail? You really are unprofessional. The court claim has now been issued (Claim Number K0Q2101V) See you in Court

The furniture was described as 'No Assembly Required' but arrived requiring the handles to be fitted. Without instructions the handles were duly fitted in good faith but the too flimsy mirrors cracked. The seller refuses to do anything about it and even sent a false returns note to lead Ebay into thinking they had accepted the return - then told me I had to get a 2 man courier at my own expense. I offered half the cost of the damage repair but they refused that and now I am left with unusable furniture and having to sue in the County Court. Avoid this company

Disappointed:
Very good on delivery but their customer service and product didn’t quite live up to the current reviews IMO.
The “Extra High Linear Cream Oyster Velvet Dining Chairs with Stainless Steel Chrome Leg and Back” that we ordered came in a completely different colour to what we expected despite requests for fabric samples and emails looking for colour clarification:
No fabric samples are available so you're looking at the colour from a computer screen which will vary on most devices and TBH, the pictures on the website are not a particularly good representation of the actual fabric colour that you get, again, IMO.
The advice from Niches is limited (Pretty poor if I’m honest) and they do appear to be a little naive with colour:
Just beware – THIS “CREAM OYSTER” IS NOT A CREAM colour or even a “cream oyster” colour and IMO, it doesn’t even come close in real life to the pictures on the website, my view is it is a definite Minky colour possibly even on the brown side so it’s quite dark in shade really but no way cream.
As far as the " WELDING MARK’S, BLUSHES, SCRATCHES OR EXCESS REMOVABLE POLISH" goes then yes, these are all present and you'll have a little work to remove the polish but the scratches, blushes etc are there and can't be removed.
If you consider a return because of the colour or blemishes Niches will apply an uplift charge so beware of this as well, they will refer to their disclosure but I feel this is there to cover them and not you as the buyer.
Having said all this they are a half decent chair but defo not “High End” as indicated however, you will struggle to find chairs like these for this price anywhere but just beware of the disclosure regarding colour and blemishes etc. (Not really legal IMO)
I personally will get these chairs re-covered with a more substantial seating foam and with a fabric colour closer to my preference, the uplift charge they where going to apply will go towards the cost of this.
In summary – not a great experience for me and in the end I think you get what you pay for!!!

Would highly recommend Niches. I have many products from them and they never fall short of being amazing. I’ve owned a pair of USB mirrored bedside tables from them for a couple of years now and absolutely adore them still - couldn’t be without the socket & USB’s on the back! I also have a large Hollywood mirror which is always complimented as well as a gorgeous oval mirror. The products are of excellent quality and are great value for money. Niches offer a fabulous service and I’ll definitely be buying more soon!

Our daughter is thrilled with her Christmas gift, a beautiful Hollywood mirror from Niches!
The quality is outstanding and the handy extras such as USB ports make this mirror super practical reducing the amount of plug sockets taken up. The dimmer option too is just a lovely extra as you can use the mirror for your practical task i.e doing your makeup and hair but also you can use it to simple light the room as a lamp. It’s perfect and we cannot recommend this company enough. The whole team at Niches are great, super helpful and swift with responses to any queries.

I ordered a gorgeous cage chair at a very good price from niches, they let me know when delivery would be. On the day of delivery 2 men brought my chair they took it into the room for me once they had left I unpacked it. I’ve got to say it was really packaged well. Gorgeous product would highly recommend.

I placed an order for 4 grey Louis dining chairs they arrived absolutely love them look exactly the same as images. Fast delivery easy to track placed order Saturday they arrived by Tuesday . Customer service great very fast response time. Would highly recommend company definitely would use again.
