I placed an order during black friday period . Due to their system failure i type my address a few times and i checked my e mails that my order has been confirmed. So i got an email stating they just cancelled my order due to address being incorrect. Instead of reaching
out for correcting the address. They immediately canceled it. Also asking me to re order the items but sales are already finished. First time i tried this website and i don't think i would order again.

My order WTEJC2607861
My order, place on 27 November and worth 578 euro, was shipped by DHL but the package was found in Italy with no contents and therefore I is undelivered. I wrote 4 emails to customer service but my messages were totally ignored, DHL are asking me to contact Niche Beauty to ask them to get in touch with DHL to resolve the issue.
I am very disappointed in the way Niche Beauty, from whom I have ordered in the past, are dealing with this problem.

When I ordered, I was signed up for their newsletter. Emails arrive daily, and there are a lot of them. I've unsubscribed four times, but they keep coming. The site doesn't care what you think—they'll just send you spam in huge quantities, which I can't unsubscribe from.
Additional information: I received 24 emails of varying content between November 28 and December 5. Of these 24, only two contained order tracking numbers. I had already used the 15% promo code for my first order, but they sent it again on December 5.

Placed my order for a beautiful hairbrush through Niche beauty, just three days ago, and got a proper bargain thanks to the 15% newsletter discount code. They have an excellent range of La Bonne Brosse hairbrushes and it was the best deal I could find for the colour I wanted.
The buying process was simple and I received the order confirmation immediately. I became a little concerned after reading the negative reviews but needn’t have worried at all. The estimated day of delivery had originally been Wednesday but my brush actually arrived two days earlier than planned, packaged beautifully and delivered safely by FedEx express who kept me up to date the whole time. The brush is exquisite, I am in love. So grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely be ordering again.
