NICENIC is hosting the Streamboo.com scammers (engagement farming bots). I'd report this through NICENIC but I don't believe they would act appropriately based on NICENIC's track record with other shady enterprises and repeatedly failing to investigate other issues mentioned here.

This can be verified via the ICANN/lookup tools.

EDIT: The Streamboo.com site is still registered to the NICENIC servers at the time of this edit and the time of NICENIC's reply (Check ICANN/lookup). The statements are correct and NICENIC's publicity team is blatantly lying to cover this up.

I'm writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Nicenic's customer service, specifically their complete lack of response to a critical report regarding the domains doxbin.com and doxbin.net.

I submitted an urgent request for the immediate takedown and suspension of these domains due to their well-documented involvement in illegal "doxing" activities and severe violations of EU GDPR regulations. These sites are notorious for the malicious publication of private and identifying information about individuals without consent.

Despite the gravity of the issue and providing clear evidence of their abusive nature (which is easily verifiable and widely known), Nicenic has failed to respond or acknowledge my communication in any way. This unresponsiveness is not only unprofessional but also irresponsible for a domain registrar. It shows a concerning indifference to legal compliance and the real-world harm caused by the content hosted on domains under their management. My primary concern, and the reason for this report, is the protection of victims' privacy, which these domains severely compromise.

When privacy and data protection are at stake, a prompt and decisive response is paramount. Nicenic's silence is a major failing that puts individuals at risk and undermines trust in their services.

I strongly caution others against using Nicenic if they expect any level of accountability or effective support, especially concerning legal or abusive content issues. Their inaction on a matter of this importance is simply unacceptable.

They have hosted a scam company called mycourier-tracking.com who scam people in the name of Evri.

NiceNIC is a registrar that operates with a level of negligence that is genuinely shocking in 2025. They suspend domains based on completely fabricated abuse complaints, without even attempting to verify the legitimacy of the report or the sender.

In our case, the abuse complaint came from a Gmail address tied to a fake domain impersonating a government agency. The site claimed to represent the IC3, but had no affiliation whatsoever. It was hosted on the same low-end VPS as another fraudulent “Interpol-style” site — both designed to scare registrars with dramatic takedown demands and fake legal threats. No company info. No verified ownership. Just poorly written HTML pages with AI-generated names, fake logos, and baseless accusations.

NiceNIC didn’t check a thing. They acted on the complaint instantly. Our domain was suspended in less than an hour — without warning, without communication, and without even basic investigation. The complaint had been sitting in their inbox for two full days before they decided to act. And when they finally did, they claimed we had 48 hours to respond — but the domain was already offline. Completely backwards.

And the most unbelievable part? This wasn’t even the first time. The exact same thing happened weeks earlier, and we had already warned them. We submitted proof that these fake abuse reports were part of a coordinated harassment campaign. NiceNIC admitted they were wrong, apologized, and promised to retrain their abuse staff and improve their processes.

They did nothing.

Same scam, same tactic, same result: domain down again. And their response? “If we get more complaints, we’ll suspend again.”

We showed them the domain age of the fake reporters, the fact that they were hosted on the same VPS, the Latin American timezone of the sender — all of it. Didn’t matter. No verification. No accountability.

If you’re running anything real — crypto, fintech, commerce, SaaS — do not go near this registrar. Your entire infrastructure can be wiped out by a Gmail and a cheap HTML template.

The only kind of “customer” that’s safe at NiceNIC is someone running junk — phishing, cloaking, botnets, malware. If you don’t care how long your domain lives, sure, this place might work. But if you’re building a legitimate business? Don’t even think about it.

This isn’t just incompetence — it’s operational failure at the core. And the fact that they’re ICANN-accredited is honestly terrifying. There’s no real abuse process. No oversight. No professionalism. Just someone hitting suspend on anything with the word “fraud” in it.

We moved everything out and will never return. If you care about stability, uptime, or having a registrar that won’t destroy your business overnight, avoid NiceNIC at all costs.

Total embarrassment to the industry.

NiceNIC’s reply here confirms exactly why I wrote this review in the first place. Their response completely avoids the central issue:

✅ They suspended our domain before even contacting us.
✅ They acted on an obviously fake complaint from a Gmail address linked to a non-existent “government agency.”
✅ They had already been warned weeks earlier about this attack campaign — and failed to adapt.

Quoting timestamps and saying you removed the suspension after we replied doesn't change the fact that you took the domain offline without warning, based on a complaint that should’ve been flagged as fraudulent at a glance.

And now, instead of acknowledging any failure in your abuse handling process, you’re writing vague apologies about "emotions" and citing email logs — as if that somehow explains or excuses anything.

You didn't verify the abuse report.
You didn't provide 48 hours to respond before suspension.
You didn't follow the basic principles of registrar due process.

This is not about “late responses” — it’s about negligence, and that’s exactly what this review warns others about.

They created the website that looked like the official crypto coin animedrop, using animedrop.live, and scammed me with $3,000 through a blockchain contract. They run websites that scam people with crypto coins.

They are replying to this review saying they "responded" to me on-time and that I have received an email. All of that is a lie. I have never received an email from them. I hope you get a lawsuit.

Recently I downloaded malware file from website hosted by NICENIC. They should not allow their customers to violate their terms of use. Website: kms-pico-download.com

I tried to report a phishing domain that's is registered with them, but the abuse AT nicenic.net email address listed in the whois lookup doesn't work! Reported to ICANN.

Are all those reporting this site as fraud delusional? I just got a text saying i owed money for road tolls, even though I have not travelled toll roads. They claimed to be the State of Pennsylvania’s toll collectors. pagovclient.com is the site they try to get you to go to. Except that site’s registrar is Nicenic International Group - look it up on WhoIs.com
I guess WhoIs.com is also lying? All the other domain registration sites lying also?
The guy claiming every report is lying is simply trying to save his ass by lying to you again. Simple Google research uncovers his multiple fraud attempts

I reported over 30 Alex Becker wallet drainers (some reported as long ago as October 15th). All 30 sites were confirmed malicious by ScamSniffer and evidence of fraud was provided to NiceNic.

NiceNic responded to only 2 of these complaints. As of today (December 2nd) nearly all the reported sites are still operational.

ICANN 2024 rules clearly states that registrars are to take action to mitigate fraudulent domains within 24 hours of a report of fraud. NiceNic does not follow this rule otherwise they would have taken down all 30 confirmed malicious domains.

I order a normal domain and they scam me, first i was waiting 24hours it to became activated, then i put cloudflare nameservers and didnt even connect to cloudflare domain was put at serverhold and when i open ticket asking them why domain not work they give me some cryptotradehub.com shit site to check which i dont know and dont have any sense i ask them again they send me spamhouse report to check i check domain is clear BTW DOMAIN IS NEVER USED, i told them what to check when domain is never linked to the nameservers never used, they again reply same message, WTF! Scammed me for $$ i dont know why they doing this but this is terrible.

They took down the site after I posted a scathing review, updated to 3 stars.
