Ordered in January. Stopped working in October.
Don’t bother buying. It’s a load of cheap rubbish.
Waste of money.
Really disappointed.

I notice the company has not bothered responding to any reviews on here. That just about sums them up. Rubbish!

I have not received the parts I have emailed customer service there is no phone number nobody calls you back very bad customer service

Four tips ordered on 10/22 have still not arrive 9 days later. Shipping Address is correct.
Never even got a tracking number. Disappointed

I STILL have not received my order...When I try to contact the company, I get an auto-reply which says the owner is on vacation.

I have sent a mail wondering if Nicefeel will send a flosser to Sweden from USA, China or Europe. But did not get the answer. I want to know because i dont want to pay customs etc.

I cannot review the item because I never received it.

I order a charging cable 3 month ago! Nicefell toke the money on the same day. Never get the item delivered.
No possibility to contact them.

Perfect replacement; a little loo long on delivery.

I ordered. I was asked to review the product.

But, I never received a shipping notice. No product has ever arrived at my doorstep. I seem to be out the money I spent trying to get a replacement water reservoir for my tooth water pick. The water pick works okay, but the replacement reservoir breaks easily during the process of trying to fill it. I was ordering my third one in a year. I will buy a new water pick from another company and never purchase anything from this company again.

It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and it still isn't here. I hope it eventually gets here.

Do not bother ordering replacement parts because they will never arrive. You have to pester them again and again for updates and eventually you just get an automated refund from PayPal.

I paid for a cable for my product and despite a tracking number nothing has happened in over 4 weeks. The Royal Mail tracking number does not work with the Royal Mail site.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I thought nicefeel was a legit company but it seems like it’s not. I have contacted the seller but I get an automated message saying he is on holiday. Then when he replied he said he’ll check order status but has not. Now I do not want the product as it hasn’t been shipped yet. I want a refund!!!!!

Have not even received my item yet and asked to do a review. Not happy. Have contacted them and still no idea when item to arrive. Very poor.

I never received my product. They did not even attempt to ship it or contact me. I had to email them to find out what was going on and then they refunded me. Were they just never going to tell me it wasn't coming?

The shopping experience went great! But, it's been a few days and I still haven't received the new charger. I hope to get it soon. Some how I misplaced my charger and can't recharge my tooth brush.

I placed an order on 24 March 2020 and have had no notification of expected delivery date.
