I purchased a set of TPE floor mats and aluminum pedals for my BYD (Order total £129.85). Upon arrival, the items were in poor condition and not as expected.
​I have attempted to contact NICE BYD customer service 5 or 6 times to arrange a return, which is my legal right as a consumer. The seller has repeatedly declined my return request and is now ignoring the fact that the goods were received in bad shape.
​I have packed the items back in the original box exactly as received (and have video proof of this), but they still refuse to help. I am now forced to file a dispute with American Express to get my money back. Do not buy from here if you expect any customer service or the ability to return faulty goods.

after reading one bad experience I decided to take the chance to order some stuff on their website for my new BYD. it took 2 weeks to arrive, but everything was there and products match the description. fair quality price.

bought a tablet holder for the back seat 1.5 months ago. I received the order confirmation and they have withdrawn the money. I have written to them several times by email without getting a response from them.
and still haven't received my item yet

These guys were very helpful with my recent order. They have lots of OEM products that I can't find elsewhere. I definitely recommend them. 🙂
