Never received my order and later they…

Never received my order and later they refused to send the order again! Last time I ordered something from this company!

Two weeks i have waited for nothing. You were quick to get the order send back to you but no effort before to get it to me. No compensation or apology, only a smart mouth from your employee. I haven’t received my money back so hopefully you will do it as quick as cancelling my order without asking me!

Unfortunately, there is a procedure when packages go missing. It must be requested and the shipping company must have the chance to locate the package before we can send a new order.

I can see we have We have been in contact yesterday, where we have moved GLS for delivery.

They state today that the package has been found and will be sent to you today.

They are scammers

They are scammers. You order two products and you get one of them, the cheapest one or someone steals during packaging. When you order there you only lose your money

You have received a package that has been damaged during transportation, so it is full of stickers, so it is not us who have taken from the package.

I can also see that we have refunded the money for the missing product according to your request.

I am very sorry that your parcel has been delayed. As I have written in an email to you, we have been in contact with GLS to find out where your package is. They told me that they had an error in their system which meant that data has not been transferred correctly and Norway has therefore not been able to deliver the packages.
