Our experience with Notting Hill Genesis had been brilliant throughout, we did shortlist a few properties before we got our keys today. NHG usually have better build quality in fixtures in their property. We got the best customer service experience from Steven, Priyesh, John Vincent also the PMO for our property at Gallions Reach, Sinead. Would strongly recommend NHG for anyone considering purchasing and if you are lucky to get the same set of people with whom we have been dealing, your experience is going to be top-notch.

I am a first time buyer & not familiar with the process at all. However, once I made my decision to buy at RAW, Camille & Steven at NHG were FANTASTIC & I couldn't have done it without them. Both Camille & Steven were very diligent & I would like to thank Camille Rachael for her help she provided. Steven was always on hand to answer any & all questions (even silly ones) & returning calls & emails. Steven became my contact & he was absolutely excellent & VERY VERY patient with he had as he explained everything to me step by step, stage by stage & helped guide me on expectations, supported me with the solicitors, chasing on my behalf, ensuring that they did not delay anything unnecessarily & really without even knowing it, he managed my frustrations which helped get me through this process sanely. I would without a second thought, recommend Steven as an Agent & I would like to thank him for all that he has done helping me get these keys to my RAW property.

The NHG sales team was amazing. We want to specially thank Priyesh Jani for taking his time to explain everything to us and being so patient with us.We were first time buyers at Woolwich Reach and we had loads of questions and Priyesh always responded to our numerous emails and calls. We are absolutely delighted to be on the property ladder and we loving our new home.

The staff at NHG were responsive and supportive throughout the whole process, which really makes a difference to a first time buyer. I had lots of questions from the outset, and Camille was great at getting back to me. She even emailed me to apologise when she was unable to take my call and promised to get back to me as soon as she was able, and she did! Steven Lam took over the second leg of the process, seeing me through to the mortgage offer, pushing for the exchange to take place, and finally celebrating the completion with me. My anxiety levels would have been through the roof, had I not been looked after so well throughout.

Great Customer service. Priyesh was spot on Diligent and very helpful. It was a very simple and speedy process securing my first property.

Just completed on my apartment purchase with NHG at Royal Albert Wharf and despite a very protracted process due to legal issues mainly with my house sale, NHG, in particular Steven and Priyesh, were always very efficient, polite and professional and did all they could to successfully bring the purchase to completion. Despite long delays from my side the sales consultant remained patient, in contact and helped to reduce the delays. When all the issues were resolved exchange and completion was done within a week

The service I have received from NHG has been faultless. I haven't written many reviews before but really feel like it's deserved. Both Simone, who showed me round the property initially and was such a great support throughout and after the process and then Anthony who was such a great help, whether this was chasing up the solicitors and also giving me advice. I really cannot say enough of how helpful they have been and now that I am in my new home it means even more. Thank you

We started the process at the end of October and will be moving in end of February. Good communication throughout the process, allowed us to measure up before completion date. Will attend a home tour before we move in too.
