I feel as though I personally know Jacob Hess, the instructor now.

It is a great program with great instructors and training. The only thing I would like to see is live where we can go back and forth. I think with my learning style it would help me focus more. It is great being able to go at your own pace though due to my current schedule!

Jacob is an excellent instructor and he communicated the concepts so clearly. There are a lot of visual representations and these are like no where else! You may find some things on YouTube, but NGT explains it at a professional level. The Quality of the lesson is excellent. The staff at NGT made me feel welcome and were very helpful. There is also an instructor dedicated to answering my questions on the lessons and they have a custom AI you get access to which helps tremendously. Whenever I need a question answered I can type it in the AI (its called Cypher) and I get an answer to technical questions and also get definitions of words I don't know. Ty signed me up for this and he helped me overcome the barriers to enrolling. Jinky was great too as she welcomed me to the program. They both helped orient me to the program which was nice.

The whole experience was amazing. Very detailed and easy to comprehend training videos. The Labs were comprehensive and prepared you for the exam.

Great no nonsense instruction. to the point. I enjoyed the learning experience, and the homework was helpful rather than just reps of the same stuff.

Easy to follow along lessons and real world labs.

I'm so glad that I found NGT! It has been the best learning experience for me and I would recommend NGT for anyone getting into IT!

Good Program. Easy to understand and follow. Will give you the information needed to get started in the industry, and they even help you with job searching.

The best training course I've ever taken. Very detailed instructions and the various amounts of resources to use to help along with multiple mentors.

I can't put in words but everything when don well to help me succeed.

Lessons are easy to learn they break it all down to the base level and then each lesson builds onto what was from the previous lessons.

The labs are great as it shows things that we would be downing in real life.

I have been working from job to job. Looking for a place to stabilise my career path after the military. For years, I was searching, to no avail. Then, my Father showed me this page about NGT. At first, I was very sceptical about this Academy. Even though I wanted to learn more about Networking, I thought it would take more than 4 years to get the basics down. Once I signed up, I wished I had been notified of this place sooner. Now I'm one step closer to what I need to do to upgrade my career and where I want to thrive. Thanks to NGT, I can learn even more about Networking and continue my goal of being more than just an IT guy.

i did not get enough support about my courses.
i did not like the fact that i have to take FSNA courses before taking Cyber security courses even if that is why i registered for. Doing LABS on Packet tracer was a hard time for me and demotivated me. Sometimes it lets you in and sometimes No.

What made my experience great was the support of the NGT Academy team, and the videos were well-explained. Plus, the labs to practice what I was learning.

The fact that I can get it done from my home office and the way the lessons are layed out.

Throughout my journey towards achieving my Full Stack Network Associate certification, I have been fully supported by the community I have found with NexGenT Academy. The instructors and support staff are nothing less than amazing! I hardly ever have to wait more than a day for a response to my queries and they explain things in a way that is detailed yet concise. I highly recommend that if you are interested in Computer Networking or Cisco Networking, give them a try!
