Maybe THE best experience to keep your crypto safe. Totally cold wallet is always a plus, and it's super easy to set up and use. And customer service is top of the noch ! Every time I have an issue or a question, they always provide valuable insight that helped me recover all of my assets.

This cold storage device is solid. The set up process provides evidence as to why it is the most secure device to date. The engineering and thought needed to accomplish this is significant. My mind is at ease with NGRAVE as my cold storage device.

I've been using the Ngrave Zero for storing my Bitcoin and couldn't be happier with my decision. The design is absolutely stunning - it feels like a premium device from the moment you unbox it. The build quality is solid and substantial, not at all like the flimsy plastic hardware wallets I've seen before.

Yes, it's expensive, but when you're securing significant crypto holdings, the EAL7 certification and bulletproof security architecture are worth every penny. The graphene backup system is brilliant too - far more durable than paper or digital backups.

The NGRAVE is a good cold storage wallet and feels like it is well constructed with solid materials. However, my major issue with this device is the fact that it has the worst finger print scanner in existence... I do not say that lightly. I took me about 150 attempts to get into my zero. By the time I could finally get into my finger print settings I couldn't have been happier to turn off that feature, it horrible! For a product that costs $400 it should have a high quality finger print scanner like my Samsung smart phone has. Love the idea but it needs MAJOR improvement. Other than that its a good product and works as it should.

Ngrave.io is fantastic! I’ve had the best experience with liquid app and I’d love to see visual biometrics added. Plus, customer service is on point. Seriously, the Ngrave cold wallet, and their team is fantastic. I have to mention security too, it’s incredible. Both cold wallet and Liquid app is on point.

I chose the NGRAVE ZERO for its top-tier security model, and it has truly delivered. The fully air-gapped setup and biometric access feel reassuring, and the build quality is excellent. Initial setup takes a bit of time, but the instructions are clear. Ideal for those who take crypto self-custody seriously.

As a beginner in this space, I did not trust myself with the complexity of self custody and safely signing transactions. Therefore I was looking for a quality hardware wallet that has an active, professional customer service. There are not many, but NGRAVE topped the list and a friend of mine recommended it. I purchased the NGRAVE device and found out that some exchanges like to make it difficult to withdraw your tokens. I believe that this happens because they like to keep custody of your coins. The NGRAVE customer service helped me in the process of safely moving my tokens from the exchange to the wallet. This was offered free of charge in 2024, through a video call. I was given many great safety tips. There are quite a few things that can go wrong in the process (the worst being your seed phrase touching the internet). But because a professional helped me, I could rest assured that my tokens are safe in coldstorage. I would recommend anyone who is new to crypto to pick a hardware wallet with quality customer service like NGRAVE. There are many stories of all kinds of wallets being drained when the owner makes a mistake. NGRAVE customer service will go far to prevent that from happening.

To all wallet users who say that NGRAVE is expensive, I'd like to say that the small additional price for a safe wallet (EAL 7 is a higher standard than banks) is absolutely worth it. You really don't want to lose all your funds because you paid $100 less for some shitty wallet with safety issues and no customer service.

When it comes to storing crypto, you either go fully cold or you don’t store at all. Those so-called “semi-cold” wallets that can be compromised via Bluetooth or USB shouldn’t even be called cold. NGRAVE ZERO is, without question, the ONLY truly safe hardware wallet on the market, and it’s also beautifully designed, making it a pleasure to set up and use.

It gives real peace of mind, turning what’s a very stressful process, moving and storing your crypto, into a smooth, even enjoyable experience. It's perfect for a non-techy person, really easy and intuitive. I can’t recommend this wallet enough.

Set up was EASY! Follow instructions to be sure you don't mis-interpret the correct steps to ensure you have the COLDEST wallet available. Got mine a year ago and couldn't be any happier. Used others in the past, highly recommend this one now to friends. This has phone app (LIQUID) that is very handy. Actual hardware wallet never connects to internet.

Piece of cake, peace of mind, great piece of kit. if you want the best, forget the rest. I am in my sixties and not very tech savvy. The NGRAVE is a breeze to set up and use, with help readily available if required.

The EAL7 certification is literally, the highest certification for security, it’s ranked from 1-7. This was the main reason why I got the wallet and I’m thoroughly impressed.
