Start with honesty

Start with honesty. These aids are not made in England as claimed in their Ads. They are repackaged Chinese. I had mine for six months before one of the units just stopped working. I asked for a replacement and they wanted well over half price for one. Liars and thieves the lot of them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. the product does not work as it should.the hearing aids wont charge up.NG hearing claim to have a Facebook contact that is not true.the customer service is almost none existence. im not sure if this company is uk based.NG hearing should be avoided at all costs.please don't waste money with this company .the warranty is worthless because of the severe lack of customer service care.

For NG, read Not Good. Give this company a miss.

Not sure what to make of NG as a company, nor their distribution company, Essential Sounds Hearing who are listed on the Resolver website. I contacted Essential Sounds Hearing who said they would chase NG Hearing for a resolution but I've heard nothing since. Like many of the reviews I've since read about NG, they'll happily take your money and deliver the goods but, seemingly, are zero interested in providing customer service. I contacted the owner of NG, Mr Khan, who replied almost immediately. However, communication ceased as soon as I mentioned obtaining a refund.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service.
Unfortunately I placed an order that I had not noticed was for one earpiece on receipt I immediately advised Ng of my error and that I wished to return the item under their 90day return policy which turns out you cannot do because of hygiene they will not take it back despite me advising them I had not fitted it so only unpacked and repacked, what does the return policy cover then.
I received an offer that I could have another superior pair devices, no different than my free NHS ones,at no extra cost but when looking at the link I would have had to pay another £80 so not interested.
Contacted Ng again about my issues but as appears to be case with Ng customer service or lack of, no reply.
As per previous customer reviews and based on my experience it would be wise to avoid this company.

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else, no customer service or care. Bought one for my right ear only, no good, want a refund and they promised 50% refund, that was 3 weeks ago, no customer refunds, no 30 day guarantee, do not answer phone, reply to emails is poor, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT’S A SCAM, JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR A POOR PRODUCT.

This is a follow up review from my previous one. Needless to say NG Hearing did not resolve the dispute and I have since had a full refund from my credit card company. They advised me early on to get into written correspondence (I used email) with the company. This I did and it was extremely useful as I had to produce copies to support my chargeback request. NG Hearing seem to have their own set procedure for dealing with complaints and a refund doesn’t seem to be part of the process. In my case, like many other reviewers, it goes like this; landline doesn’t connect - customer contact forms go unanswered - WhatsApp calls go unanswered - WhatsApp messages did get responded to after several days - dialogue via email starts, request for refund refused as there is no technical fault despite me clearly stating one aid doesn’t hold its charge - further refusals for refund as there is no technical fault although I have now advised them neither hearing aid is working - then comes the offer for me to spend a further £99.99 to upgrade to their ‘superior’ hearing aids. Why would you? - Offer rejected and further request for refund and return address - both ignored - new offer of 50% refund, only 50% which they justify will cover the cost of the hearing aids, but I will be allowed to keep the useless hearing aids as a goodwill gesture, yeah, like I am going to accept that, NOT! - it just goes to show that they are probably making a margin of significantly more than 50% - my final response was a solid NO to their offer, a further request for a returns address and a full refund doesn’t seem- no response at all to this email - credit card company send me a form to complete and attach supporting documents - full refund given by way of chargeback. Whilst I am obviously content to get my money back, it really shouldn’t be this difficult. Not only will NG Hearing have my money taken back, through their ‘bury their heads in the sand and hope the problem will go away’ attitude, they have now received further negative feedback. I just hope my honest reviews will be read by prospective buyers BEFORE they purchase any hearing aids from this company. As for the reviews on their own website, I will leave that up to the individual to decide if they are factual or not. It just seems very dubious to me that their website reviews are 5* but the Trust Pilot reviews are only 1*.

Be warned Nghearing appears to be a scam.

Have tried to contact this company several times regarding hearing aids which were purchased for my wife and are too large. I need to return them, but no one is ever available to answer any of my queries. Really fed up this company appears to be a scam.

I think this is a scam company

I think this is a scam company. Very poor product. I can only assume all the reviews on the website are fake or heavily censored. The hearing aids are massive and although i've never worn hearing aids before so have nothing to compare, the sound was artificial. They literally look like a red and blue ear plug, they are not discreet at all. 150 quid wasted

MY ADVICE - DO NOT PURCHASE NG HEARING AID

I came on here as I trust Trust Pilot. Why I didn't before purchasing NG Hearings aid I have no idea. A big mistake. I went by the reviews on site.
I received the hearing aid on 17th July, by the weekend I had filled in a form on their site and emailed. Today (21st July) I have telephoned both numbers on the website and a message states 'user unavailable'.
I have left a message asking for a refund.

received what the company describe as a generous offer of a 50% refund!!
Unbelievable, I have of course pointed out that providing a defective product from day one, and contrary to their supposed lifetime guarantee, rather than supplying a working item, or a 100% refund is fraudulent.

My dealings with Mr Khan are the worst I have ever experienced in all my Internet dealings, hopefully trading standards will investigate, and have this companies ad. Removed from the Internet.

Total untrustworthy SCAM company

Purchased a pair of hearing aids some 2 months ago. Like the other reviewers say,' They don't work and don't charge'. At the time I thought it very odd, not to receive an official letter accompanying the aids as the website looked to be quite official. At that point I started to get suspicious about this company. I tried on numerous occasions to contact the company but no one answers the phone. Sent them emails, to which someone eventually did get back, not offering a full refund as we weren't happy with the product but they were prepared to offer a partial refund, not acceptable especially when their website said they would give full refund . This is a scam company, so anyone reading this , before buying anything from them, DON'T do it. As I paid by credit card, I contacted my credit card company immediately, and they they credited my account within a couple of days. Clearly they too couldn't get in touch with this scam company. Then some days later I contacted citizens advise , who said to contact Trading standards which I did and also Action Fraud and am now awaiting results of their findings. So if anyone gets scammed by N G Hearing, Pls contact action fraud as the more issues that are reported to them, they will have more of a case to investigate N G Hearing further. We weren't out of pocket as we got refunded by our credit card company, so suggest others to contact their credit card companies accordingly. Anyone looking for their west country address, to look at previous comments on Trustpilot as someone also mentions the address in Newton Abbot.

Do not purchase from this scam company. I purchased some for my mother in law and being unsuitable, I treid to return them - impossible. The phone lines do not work, their published mobile does not answer.

3 months later, i received a refund only after raising a court case. Do Not Use This Company.

Disgraceful

Disgraceful, similar to most reviews on here, purchased Nano Pros. Delivered straight away but don’t work, they won’t charge, won’t turn on. Replied to one email telling me to do the obvious and have since not replied to any emails. I’m £150 out of pocket and still can’t hear a thing. The review I have left on their website has obviously not been approved and posted. Do not use this company!!

On unpacking the NG Nano Pro Hearing Aids I`d ordered for my wife, they would not charge. I did all the sensible things to remedy the problem before I contacted NG for help. After 5 days (phew), their reply ( which seemed to be a generic reply from an automated system, and has been the experience of other Trustpilot reviewers; was to do what I`d already done. Their required remedy for my product, in their email to me, was mostly regarding their behind-the-ears product, not the in ear product I purchased from their website; obviously, completely disregarding my order details. I am now applying to my credit card company (Amazon-Barclaycard) to initiate a chargeback. Or what they feel is fit for my purchase. Just found this online.

No help from my credit card company, unfortunately, due to their mis-timing of emails that I needed so as to, log my complaint, and continue with my claim. The emails came too late. I lost my £140.
Massive lesson learned. Use an intermediary like Paypal.

Have read other reviews and could not agree more, what a phony company ng hearing is. Do not take phone calls, answer emails. Requested return address and refund for unsuitable aids both fell on deaf ears, do not be taken in by this sham company, you will just be wasting your time and energy. Where on earth do they get there 5 star reviews from, it's beggars belief for a non existing company. The only consolation is if you paid by credit card the bank will step in. BE WARNED AVOID NG HEARING LIKE THE PLAGUE.
