Overall - fine
Overall, it was fine. However, when I started researching washers yestersday, most of the washers had about a $30 discount once in the cart. My wife and I were discussing which washer to order, and a day later, this washer costs an extra $30. We still need a washer, and like this model, but it seems strange that we were looking and deciding at the exact end of, I guess, a special. It is what it is. God bless, he has always blessed us.

Customer Service needs to listen to the Customer
I had to go through 6 different departments to place my online order, associates were not very patient or informative they just sent me to another department,
I just needed help with the Delivery. I was on the phone for an hour!
