Everything is 5 star - great seats, great service.
But, the app and website when buying tickets is the most frustrating experience I have ever had. 9 out of 10 times something does not work - can't change the number of tickets in chrome, can't use mobile pay in the app, use credit card and you can't tell whether the purchase has worked. Would be great if this was fixed.

Dildos before a kids’ movie
Went to see Gabby’s Dollhouse in Fields on Saturday with kids. The age rating: All. However someone thought that showing Det Nye År trailer was a good idea. Dildos, glory hole, penises, some sort of orgy set -up of in front of the room of pre-school kids. Unacceptable.

Really bad sound experience
We went to Lyngby to watch Demon Slayer, and the sound image all the way from the first commercial and throughout the movie was horrible.
I can’t wait until the movie is available on streaming services so we can actually enjoy it.

pleasant experience
I went to both Palads & Falkoner Bio in the last month. I am thankful that the movies were available with English subtitles, but I wish there were more dates & times in English, compared to in Danish, especially on the date of the premiere or right after.
The prices of both tickets and snacks are affordable in my opinion, staff has been very helpful and friendly both times. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect!

We watched movie for kids, and the sound was well adjusted, not too loud, the staff was kind and helpful, the coffee was delicious. I am definetely coming again and it is officially my favourite movie theatre from now on.

Sound and speak
Well I like watching a good movie.
However NF have introduced commercials with AI voices, absolutely horrible degrading the commercial part which is already exhaustingly long. That is such a bad choice to make people listen to this bad speaking, so unnatural. Please stop. Don't let people get used to that. Use real people.
The sound is way too loud. People are not deaf and if they are, they have tools to help. Please turn down the sound so I don't have to wear earplugs to be able to enjoy the movie.
Otherwise the movie theatre is clean, staff is kind and smiling, and it works well.

First and foremost, I apologize that you felt the sound was too loud.
I understand your frustration regarding AI commercials. Unfortunately, I must inform you that there’s not much we can do about it, as we do not control how advertisers produce their commercials. This falls into the same category as determining which ads are good or bad, and that is not something we are in a position to decide.
In general, sound, visuals, and comfort are the primary aspects of interest and experience for our guests. That’s why we naturally place a strong focus on these, and we take all feedback on this matter seriously.
For the sake of clarity, I would like to emphasize that our sound levels are within legal limits.
Commercials are, by nature, intrusive and aim to capture the cinema guest’s attention, which can make the sound seem louder than it actually is. Additionally, commercials may be mixed for TV rather than cinema, leading to poorer sound quality compared to films. There can also be significant differences in sound mix quality between individual commercials.
This can make one ad sound louder than another, even though they are set to the same volume.

Perfect new concept

SOUND PROBLEMS
Went to a special showing of "Home Alone". The sound was so low, it was almost impossible to hear the dialogue. At times it sounded like MONO, and the quiet sound was coming only from the central speaker. I thought that it was one of those 4K Remastered experiences, but it sounded like you played an old version, which was not ready for your system.

Cosy and intimate
My friends and I enjoyed a movie here, and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. The theater was cosy and felt intimate too. The staff were welcoming and helpful to explain, as it was our first time at Palads.
