Good communication for airport transfer…
Good communication for airport transfer going from airport to resort which was shared transport however we were not made aware that our transport from resort to airport was a taxi ( although we appreciated it) and we were waiting for a shuttle van.
Jesus was very good at arranging our vouchers for Alma performance but it would been more convenient if Nexus could include the access fee and docking fees in the total cost - not sure if that’s possible- but it would have been helpful.

The nexus guide was incredibly helpful…
The nexus guide was incredibly helpful in explaining and helping to book the tour. She answered all our questions.
However, we were told that a meal would be included with the tour as we decided to up grade to that option and upon arrival at the boat launch, we were informed that food was not provided. This was a major factor in us deciding to upgrade and we were incredibly disappointed when we learned that this was not the case

Private Transportation for departure from Nassau.
Upon arrival in Nassau the transportation process worked smoothly, the car and driver were both very nice.
While there, I kept getting texts asking me to confirm my ride at 00:00 which was definitely not the right time. This caused me to have to take time out of my vacation to get on the phone (I tried what's app as well and got a response that made no sense). I eventually reached someone on the phone and we confirmed the time. He was very helpful, however, right afterwards I received another message confirm 00:00.
Further to that, no driver showed up to pick us up for our departure. Again, I had to call and wait on hold (despite the fact that I had confirmed the day before by phone) and the rep came on and just advised that we should take a taxi.
This created unnecessary stress. If the company wasn't able to fulfill the booking I should have been contacted in advance so that I could make other arrangements that were not at the last minute.
Also, a refund for the departure should have been issued on the spot. I am now having to go though the process with my travel provider of trying to get a refund.
Unfortunately this was not a good experience.

The bus ride to the hotel was fine
The bus ride to the hotel was fine; however the wait outside at the airport was over 1 hour. And no timing update was provided. Consider a private drive if you are in a rush to get to the hotel.
