The nexus guys at the airport as well as at our resort are very friendly and super helpful. They answer any questions that you may have and if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does. Keep it up nexus!

Nexus Representative not available

We met the rep and talked for about 5 minutes and then didn’t see him again in the hotel until the day before we left. There was no information on how to contact him anywhere that we could find. We saw the transat rep almost everyday. Anyway, won’t travel with westjet or use Nexus again. I’ll stick with Transat who we usually travel with.

Great tour with exceptional guide

We booked our Tulum Ruins tour thru Jose at Bahia Principe Akumal (Nexus Tours) he was great. We did a private tour and had the best time not only were the ruins stunning, we stopped at a local market to learn about Mayan culture and this is where our guide Alvaro Aguilar took things to a different level his knowledge and passion for his Mayan heritage was not only informative but engulfing. We loved it and cannot recommend this 1/2 day tour enough, one suggestion would be to do it early in the day as Tulum gets hot in the afternoon..

Very friendly and good organised

Very friendly and good organised. We took the private taxi from the airport to our hotel. Everything was perfect arranged.

After this we have booked an excursion with them as well. All information was clear and helpful.

I had bought a shuttle back to the…

I had bought a shuttle back to the airport. There was some confusion around this and I’m waiting to get my refund as I had to spend another $117 Canadian after I paid for a shot that did not come pick me up. They’re supposed to be an investigation and they’re supposed to give me a credit, but I have not heard anything in weeks. Very disappointed.

Punta Cana snorkel trip

Thus was advertised as a snorkeling trip but the snorkel portion was 20 minutes the remainder was parked in the water at an open party spot with about 50 other boats. The music on the boat was excessively loud. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt safe but the trip was not advertised to what the outcome was.

Yair is so wonderful !

Yair is so wonderful! He and Stefano really recommended wonderful tours based on our very specific needs! Our family has mixed ages and we wanted something exciting and fun for everyone. They made the booking process easy( and fun). We booked several excursions. They are so charming , intelligent and a pleasure to speak with. I would reccomend them to anyone. They really made our trip! We had a fun, safe, exciting and accessible time. It made our holiday!

Positives and some negatives

Some of the information we received was not correct for the Rythms of the Night show. Our dinner was rushed, as we seemed to arrive late. We paid the top tier price and did have priority boarding, but heading back our party of 4 had to sit seperately. Leaving the theatre at the end of the show was slow, hot and dusty. Too many people being funneled through a very small trail to the boat. The show itself was spectacular. Lots of hard work and practice for the performers. This part was excellent! The props and costumes looked top notch! I would not pay for the top tier again or have the dinner. It was not worth it.

Didn’t give us any info on how to find out about pick up or drop off times. Driver wasn’t sure what gate at airport (neither were we…not on ticket info). Didn’t know about how to find out about delays etc. no Sunwing rep available - supposed to be on hotel site at 9am…wasn’t there we gave up after an hour of waiting

The staff were great

The staff were great. Minus the woman who fell on the cataraman. Being picked up at 0600 then returning to resort at 2130 made it an extremely long day. I wish there was more time on the beaches and less time at stops. It wasn't enough time for it all. Snorkeling was rough waters and not clear water to see much of anything.
