Review of Nexus Transportation

As a military service member, I hold professionalism and reliability to a high standard especially when I am paying a premium price of $1,250 for a service. Unfortunately, my experience with Nexus Transportation did not meet those expectations.

I scheduled my vehicle pickup three weeks in advance, yet the driver did not arrive at the agreed-upon time. When he finally showed up, he informed me he would need to return the next morning, despite my early flight. He ultimately arrived at 11 PM, just hours before my departure.

The delivery process was equally unprofessional. I was told my vehicle would be dropped off at the home address I provided, but instead I received a call from the driver in Ontario asking me to pick it up there. I paid for an Uber to meet him, only to discover that his truck’s hydraulics were not functioning and he couldn’t unload my vehicle. He then drove to Long Beach for repairs, and I followed, but the issue could not be fixed that day. This resulted in another Uber ride home at my own expense.

Not only was my vehicle neither picked up nor delivered on time, but I was also left without transportation and forced to cover additional costs due to the company’s delays and equipment failures. Considering the price I paid, the quality of service was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, communication, and reliability does not justify the cost.

As someone who values integrity and accountability, I cannot recommend Nexus Transportation based on this experience. Customers deserve far better for the amount they are charged.

Pick up given one day, someone called the next telling me they were going to pick it up a day earlier and deliver too soon. Next carrier came 6 hours earlier than stated (2 pm vs 8 pm) and then didn’t contact the receiver so missed delivery at 10 pm first night. Finally delivered midnight second night which when you have to go get it at a different location is ridiculous if you are single. I’ve used other companies. Don’t know how these reviews are so good. Horrible experience. Can’t see car at midnight.

I’m so glad I chose Nexus to ship my beloved Lexus SUV from California to Maryland. Vakho picked up my car right on time and delivered it in just 5 days. He was punctual, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process, which gave me great peace of mind.

The quote from Nexus was slightly higher than some others, but the service and reliability were absolutely worth it. My car arrived safely and exactly as promised. I would definitely use Nexus again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto transport company.

I had to move my car 60 miles from one dealership to another. They got me a good price, convenient schedule and kept we well informed the whole time. Job well done!

Nexus was very responsive and kept me posted on pick up and drop off times. The car was delivered within the promised delivery window and the drivers were efficient and courteous. I will use them again when it’s time to ship the car back.

I used Nexus after finding them listed on Forbes for trusted auto delivery companies. The got me set up with a date that was soon and worked for me. After I started reading some reddit threads, I started to get very worried.

However, I am happy to report that outside of being a little late to show (which I expected and anticipated). My vehicle arrived to AZ from CA without any issue and made it there earlier than anticipated. The driver was very polite and answered all my questions on pickup. The truck it was loaded onto was pretty big and had other cars on it already. Overall I'm very pleased with the whole experience, especially for the price point. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you're looking for reliability while staying affordable.

I had a very good experience shipping my car with Nexus Auto Transport. Shipping was timely, the driver accommodated our special instructions, and from booking to delivery communication was excellent.

Brian from Nexus told me I would have a positive experience. I had an AWSOME experience. Easy and carefree. Great communication from Nexus and the driver transport who picked up the car. He was also very professional and hope to get him again. It didn't start out great with a different carrier though. They gave me a great price. Then 3 days later called and said they could pick up tomorrow for $267 more. I said I'll stick with the original and the guy just hung up on me. That's when I cancelled them and called Nexus and spoke with Brian. They picked up the next day and had at my son's house in Florida less than 48 hours later. I paid just a few dollars more, but it was well worth it and still paid much less than the bait and switch price from the other carrier. I won't say who the other carrier was but if you feel lucky, you can go with someone other than Nexus.

Very good transport company, excellent communication, good price, driver was a day early better than expected

We had an excellent experience with Nexus Auto Transport. Our work truck broke down in Glenwood Springs, and since the repairs were under warranty in Englewood, we needed fast and reliable transport. Nexus Auto came through with the cheapest rates we found from Glenwood to Englewood (A-Affordable) and made the whole process completely hassle-free.

Ace, our initial coordinator, was professional and clear from the start. Aaron in dispatch kept everything organized and on schedule, and Sergio from support was easy to reach and very helpful with updates. Communication was smooth the entire time.

Pickup and delivery were fast, and they handled everything efficiently so we could focus on getting our truck repaired. If you need dependable auto transport with easy communication and great pricing, I highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport!

Nexus Auto Transport did exactly what they said they would. The drivers were polite, communicated clearly, and showed up on time for both pickup and delivery. The vehicle was shipped across the country without issue and arrived on schedule in the same condition it left in. They were also very courteous to the receiving party. Smooth process from start to finish — would absolutely use them again.

I never utilized a transport company before but won’t hesitate to use Nexus again. I requested a few quotes online. Nexus was the cheapest yet rated the best. I filled out all pertinent information including a contact person at the dealership, then received a phone call from Nexus to finalize transport. I received an e mail shortly after with an estimate of pick up and delivery. Within a couple hours I received notice from my dealer that my truck was picked up. Within an hour after that I received an email with an ETA for delivery. Two hours before delivery I received a phone call confirming delivery time. Stated they would call again within 15 minutes of delivery. I received a phone call stating they would be at my house in 15 minutes, the original ETA! Nexus saved me over six hours of my time, (over three hours away each way) and gas. I couldn’t have picked up my truck for any cheaper.

I had a great experience, great customer service and the job got done in timely manner.

The service provided by Nexus Auto transportation was really subpar and annoying I wouldn't advise.

Called them to pick up a car and deliver it to my house and it was done the very next day, very responsive and professional.

I would definitely use this company again. It was easy to book, prompt pickup and delivery. The driver communicated with us as to the time of pickup and delivery and was very courteous.
